Dale and Mary were nothing short of amazing. With interest rates dropping and Covid-19 in full swing, I reached out to Dale, recommended by my Sister, to refi my home, take $ out to purchase a new home, even when the ratios didn't really line up. Dale was communicative and creative and made it happen for us! Fast forward three months later, our first home is rented and we are living in our new home. Magic.
