We were so happy with the whole process! We used lacey to help sell our home and purchase a replacement property. She exceeded all of our expectations! I would highly recommend not using Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley. The agent we used promised us she was going to do certain things and never followed thru. She worked harder for the buyer than us and told us she knew the buyers. The things that went on were super suspicious to us and we complained to management and they did nothing. We have lived in the Napa Valley for 55 years and have purchased and sold many homes and this experience with Coldwell Banker BOV was terrible.

My advice to anyone searching for a real estate professional is to first look at the status and achievements of the company. From its inception, Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley has been devoted to professionalism, expertise and ongoing education, support services, collaboration and integrity. Look for a real estate company that has a high percentage of associates who have hung their license for 10 and 20 plus years; a company who consistently pleases the clients, grows and changes with market demands, and continuously holds the largest market share in the community. In my entire 22 years as a realtor/broker, the owners and management of Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley have been the backbone to the successes I have shared with my clients.

My husband and I have worked with Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley for years as residential developers. Part of what stands them apart from other brokerages is that the management team doesn't also sell real estate or 'compete' with their agents by selling, which enables them to be fair and neutral agents in support of clients. We've experienced the team to be nothing short of professional, supportive and responsive. There is simply no better choice in the business.
