They have high quality shoes at reasonable prices. The selection is limited but what do you expect from an outlet store! The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back :-)

Service is not as good as it used to be with previous clerks. The carpet needs to be shampooed VERY badly! When you try new shoes, they're already soiled by the time you are paying for them, plus the store smells horrible!

On 5/21/21 around 7:10 on my friend and I went into the store. We were the only customers at the time. We walked by the sales representative. She didn’t acknowledge us. Strange.

On 5/21/21 around 7:10 PM my friend and I went into the store. We were the only customers. The sales representative was working on arranging shoes in one of the rows toward the front. We walked behind her to look at shoes. She did not acknowledge the only customers in the store. It was strange. Every other store in the outlet had sales representatives who were friendly and said hi.

I am at that age now where I need comfy shoes. I went to Clark's at Premium Outlet Mall in Napa. I have shopped at Clark's in my past working years for comfy work shoes. Recently I was just shopping around and remembered Clark's store. Went there and found a pair that are comfortable for me. Yay, now I have happy feet! Only one staff associate available to help customers, answer the phone, and facilitate check out. She was very nice and helpful. She seemed genuinely interested in getting me fit into the right shoe. Shoes were just right, so I purchased them. I have been wearing them for the past 10-14 days and they feel great. Store was well lit and appeared clean. Shoes on display racks were in order. Coordinating shoe boxes in various sizes were directly underneath the display shoe. There were scattered shoes and boxes laying about. Now is that due to customers or lack of staff?? Mmmm, maybe both?! IMHO, it'd be nice if management were able to have additional staff present, to help out. IDK, it seems unsafe for a woman to be alone in a store in evening hours.
