We sent our daughter here during the pandemic and it was such a haven. Tiffany gave me great advice about navigating the school district and boys and girls cub process. We are forever grateful to Children’s Cottage

I came here by suggestion by mom in a mom group because she had a lot of great things about this daycare. Upon touring this daycare I had a few concerns about the cleanliness of the daycare. When asked about it Tiffany the director was quick to answer my questions and concerns. I enrolled my son my because I was very impressed with all the teachers, staff, and the daycare as a whole. Here starts the nightmare my son is in the 1 year old room. It all started with a few of her classmates. At drop off I ran into a few of the parents at drop off. They asked me if their child was being sent home every week due to sickness and at this point he hasn't been sick since starting daycare. I became very concerned about the cleanliness of the daycare and all the sickness since multiple kids were being sent home sick every week. She became very rude and defensive and shrug me off. A few weeks went by and my son got sick and chalk it up normal daycare sickness. I kept him home, took him to the doctor which it was just a cold, and got him all well before bringing him back. The next week Tiffany Called me again saying he was sick and I had to come get him. I went to go get him and went through the process again and mentioned it to his doctor. His doctor wasn't to concerned and didn't find any sickness. I kept him home and the next week the same thing happened. When I brought up after the four time he was sent home in 6 weeks Tiffany wouldn't even have a conversation with me. She shoved me out of her office and shut the door. I understand kids get sick from being in daycare but every week for the last month was a lot and insaneness. especially since I took him to the doctor each time and the doctor couldn't find anything wrong expect the one time. I waited a few days to try again to have a conversation with Tiffany and ask about cleaning procedures and why my son keeps getting sent home sick every week and his doctor hasn't find anything wrong expect the wrong tie he had a cold. She was extremely rude, snapped and yelled at me and told me it wasn't any of my business and to get out of her office. I never in my 40 years of life have I ever had such disrespect and treated so poorly. After having a conversation with my husband (who was on a work trip.) and giving him the play play he mentioned how our son wasn't getting "sick" in-till I wanted to have a conversation about the cleanliness of the daycare and how certain children was being sent home sick every week that our son starting getting sent home sick every week also. After that conversation I came to realize that she was sending my son home sick every week because she didn't like that I questioned her and because of that she didn't me and sent my son home because of that. Tiffany is unprofessional, rude, hateful, and discriminatory towards parents and children. I would recommend taking your child or children else where and save your self the headache of dealing with this place.

There's no enough words of much I love children's cottage Infant classroom they go beyond expectations of how much they take care of My baby girl, Reyna has been there for many years and she is Amazing person inside and outside I love all the staff at the infant classroom so happy and smiling for the babies at arrival they go above and beyond to ensure children's safety. This includes childproofing, food safety practice, a well-kept and maintained play space with sets of toys (making sure none of have been recalled) and constant supervision. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE REYNA JESSICA AND RACHEL THEY ARE ALL SO AMAZING THANK YOU

Our daughter has been attending this daycare since she was an infant, for over 3 years now. She's been well cared for, is happy and thriving. We especially liked the infant room, and the current room she's in for 3 year olds. They have had some staff turnover since covid, and I must say the new teachers that have come in have been an improvement, and very kind and sweet.

I've had 2 kids at Childrens Cottage for the past 2.5 years. They've graduated through 3 different classes with different teachers, the common thread has been that their teachers really care about them. I've been very happy with their care; unfortunately the grounds don't show well, but there are other daycares in Napa that have a great website/tour/philosophies that aren't great places to have your child. Covid was a bit tough with some turnover, but there's still good teachers here. Would recommend.

My kids went here since they were 2 and 3 months old. I was super happy at first until people started coming forward to me giving me information about what was going on. My daughters arm was pulled out of the socket while she was "sleeping" there had been prior complaints for the same allegations against this daycare you can find them on childcare.gov it's public record. My oldest daughter was mistreated by staff. Tiffany made comments about what My duaghters ate and would purposely get my daughter in trouble for no reason. They would play with my daughters hair and create knots in the girls hair. The director Tiffany would text me super inappropriate things. This place is a nightmare my kids showed me all the signs of being abused and mistreated and I missed them all. Police reports and reports with the state have been filled. BEWARE I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DAYCARE TO ANYONE!!

I can't say enough positive things about this Preschool. My older son started going here in the summer of 2019 after attending a smaller in-home daycare while he was a baby. He has absolutely flourished with the teachers and has a great group of friends. They handled the uncertainly of Covid with grace and kept the consistency that the kids/parents needed. My son is starting Kindergarten this year and is more than prepared to join into a classroom setting. My younger son will be attending preschool here when he turns 2 as well.

My daughter has been going to children’s cottage when she was only 11 months old, She quickly adapted to the daycare routine, she became very comfortable with the school teachers.children's cottage has done a wonderful job in providing structure in her day to day schedule. and my daughter loves having a meaningful structured day.She turned 2 and moved to bigger class and she loves it there.I would highly recommend this daycare, and the teachers are wonderful the director tiffany is great to work with and the Owner Mr. Ray is also very easy to work with.
