So Chicos replied to my initial review and asked me to call them to resolve the issue, which I just did and after 20 minutes on hold while they "researched" they refused to help in any WAY!!! Unbelievable

Very limited merchandise for petites. Salespeople are inept. I would like to shop here but the customer service is so bad that I have given up purchasing at Chico's. They really need to train their people.

After contacting customer service they refunded the price of the 2 pair of slacks to my credit card. I may shop at Chico's again, but NEVER in Napa.

Stay away ...FAR away from this store if you don't TRULY ENJOY being treated rudely! There are numerous ways to buy Chico's clothing, for example, on line, catalogue, outlets, go to other cities. I had my very LAST trip to this store a short time ago. I would drive 45 minutes (if the traffic is light) to get there, but no more. When I am trying to select a pair of jeans and I ask the sales clerk to bring me THAT pair of jeans in THIS size, I DO NOT want, certainly don't EXPECT to hear, "I'm busy," and she walks away! That is PRECISELY what Ziggy said to me...and walked away. "I'm busy." There weren't any other customers in the store at that time. When I am in the dressing room trying several outfits and I need an item in another size or color, I don't expect to be totally ignored. To dress to go out on the sales floor to search for just THAT item, is not what I expect from Chico's... that isn't even how I am treated at Sears, Penney's or even (VERY RARELY!!) WalMart! NO, not going back, not even for the gift they offer me for being a "preferred customer." (I will suppose Ziggy was on a break when I paid for my purchases as Margaret very nicely checked me out. What would Ziggy be on break FROM?) IF she wasn't well, she didn't belong on the sales floor spreading an illness. If she had emotional issues, she ought to have said, "I'm having a rough day, please pardon me." Nothing! Just RUDE!

Went in again today. Bad customer service. Wasn't greeted, had to ask for help, then ignored. One clerk was stocking & other on the phone the whole time. I looked thru the entire store, taking my time. Never asked if I'd like to try anything on. I'm done with you chicos!!!
