The worst drive through car wash I have ever gone through (top 3 without a doubt). 3 cars, 32 minute wait for the car wash. “We haven’t seen the wash attendant in months”.Really solid snack section though

This is the only gas station to go to. Top customer service and they always take my coupons. Fredi is amazing and signed me up for my fave, rewards, and I received a yummy bag of free, yes, free Lay’s.

Came here to vacuum out my cat and the vacuum is broken so I walked inside to ask this heavy set lady with a bun in her hair who had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable attitude as I watched her work through the line of customers. I grew more and more anxious as I await my turn as I'm wondering just how's she's going to deal with my situation and me eating my money back ! I was terrified by this lady's snarky remarks! I said hey, so I just used the vacuum and um it didn't work and I was wonder if I could like, get my money back so I can go to another station? She says that vacuum ain't got NOTHING TO DO WITH CHeVeRoNnn! I'm like oh really? She like YEAH rEALLy Just really rude I'm not even going to waste my time to finish writing this , she just said I had to call some number I said oh and they will refund me ? She said oh I don't KNOW how That works and im just like sheesh whatever

Chevron at trancas old soscol rd. Rude staff. Dirty restroom. They were closed forever for a remodel reopened and still same sour employees that hate life i never come here anymore

The car wash NEVER works and prepare to be scammed by paying for it as the cashier who operates it is ALWAYS on lunch (aka avoiding work). The place is dirty and the gas is overpriced compared to the gas station two blocks away.AVOID THIS GAS STATION

Wear your Mask: I come here twice every week. Early in the morning, around 5:30.Every time I'm here, I see the cashier wearing her mask on her chin. Her mouth and nose are never covered, only her chin. She never moves the mask, leaving her nose and mouth uncovered while she rings up your purchase. What's the point of wearing a mask incorrectly???? I see everyone else here wearing their mask correctly. Never the cashier. This is only in the early morning. I don't know about the other cashiers who work here.

The people working here are extremely rude & disrespectful. I have been getting gas here for years. But, after yesterday I've had enough. These people need to be taught some customer service skills. There are plenty of other Chevrons in Napa.

This review is for the touchless car wash attached to the Chevron station on Trancas. The last time I went was the first and only time. After waiting in line and exiting the car wash I found that the rubber trim around the windows on all four doors of my car was damaged. It was completely discolored and the pattern of discoloration was that of the foam and bubbles from the car wash. I would recommend not using this car wash unless the cosmetics of your car do not matter to you. I had barely had the car a month when this happened and no the window trim looks like it came from a 1980s car that has been sitting in the sun for several decades. Beware!

Y'all got to take a chill pill.... It's a gas station...right? It's a gas station with a very convenient drive thru car wash. It's a gas station with a great location on Trancas. Seriously it is just a gas station selling ubiquitous gas....oh yeah it's a nice clean new gas station.
