Fast $13.99 for basic drive thru car wash. Roll your left wheel on to the track and float through! Pay the attendant cash at the gas pump first. No nonsense. I paid extra for polish but did not see evidence of any type of polish. This was the only part I did not understand. Did not see the typical rainbow spray or blue spray usual for polish in a drove thru tunnel But my car is clean and I was pleased

I pulled up at 7:40 and waited about 20 minutes for someone to come up and help me. I know that going in pretty soon after they open means that one person is probably doing all the opening routine stuff, so I'm pretty patient. However, I eventually noticed the employee sitting in his car that has a clear view of the pumps, eating and drinking. He knew I, and a few other cars, were there. But he couldn't be bothered. This was just this morning 9/3/23, 7:40am. The open sign was up, too.

BEWARE OF GEORGE ALTAMURA'S NAPA JEFFERSON CHEVRON CAR WASH! Several weeks ago, I went thru their car wash & when I pulled over in their parking lot to finish drying the car, I noticed their machines had knocked off my roof antenna cover. I immediately walked over to the car wash, and the gentleman working there stopped the machine, retrieved it, and stood on a stool and presumably "snapped" it back on. Unfortunately the antenna cover did not make it home with me. When no one returned multiple calls and notes to discuss the issue, I learned from an autobody repair shop that it doesn't snap on, the machine BROKE the bolt off, which explains why it fell off on my trip home. I thought I'd gotten lucky when I finally made contact w/ the manager who just happened to be there on my 5th or 6th contact, and he said he had to speak with his boss and promised to return my call that day. NO RESPONSE SO RESORTED TO PLACING 2 CALLS TO GEORGE ALTAMURA, BUT THE BEST I COULD DO IS LEAVE 2 VOICEMAIL MESSAGES (once for the office manager and the other to George Altamura, Sr.). Back in the day, my father, JOE PIGHINI, was once one of the most popular auto repairmen in Napa. Considering our Napa family roots date back to 1903 & a time my family and the Altamura family once knew each other, it's terribly disappointing THREE (3!) WEEKS FOLLOWING THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR, I'VE NEVER RECEIVED EVEN A COURTESY RETURN CALL! I was forced to place a claim w/ my insurance company, MARK COLEMAN STATE FARM, WHO HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL. A repair shop estimated $2-3K to fix it since it requires taking the headliner down to access the broken bolt and any other damage that's occurred. They referred me to the dealership for repair due to the difficulty of accessing parts & repair. WHAT KIND OF LOCAL BUSINESS NEVER RETURNS EVEN A COURTESY RETURN CALL ABOUT DAMAGE THEIR BUSINESS CAUSED? Pretty obvious they care nothing for community and only about the almighty dollar. Total lack of respect and appreciation for their customers. Very sad.

I was just at this gas station, ive been going here for years religiously. Today there were about 6 cars waiting for car wash. Against my better judgment I decided to just wait. Got stuck in the car wash, couldn't see anything with the blue fabric on my front window and the guy was yelling for me to pull forward after turning it off while I was inside. I finally got out with him pushing my vehicle from the back while I stepped on the gas. He told me to go back around, I guess the lady in front of me put her foot on the break or something. So I go back around and now there are 8 cars in line waiting so no way am I doing it again. I left with soap on my car and 10 less dollars in my pocket for the car wash I didn't get. If I ever go back I'll ask for a free car wash but I won't hold my breath. Probably just won't go back.

Perplexed that they fill the gas tank for customers because I thought that wasn’t legal in California. Only Oregon and New Jersey do that.The worst part is they make the assumption that it’s what customers want. I did NOT want someone else to fill my tank and before I even turned the car off, a woman was trying to open my tank. Had no idea what was going on so I told her I can fill my own tank.The metal trash bins have lids one has to remove which isn’t ideal for safety or sanitary reasons, and there are no squeegees for cleaning a windshield.They have a car wash instead but I didn’t want to use it so my windshield remained dirty.Not a fan of this station and wished I would’ve gone to the station across the street.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I specifically asked if the wash would involve scrubbing and was promised it would. There was absolutely no follow up at the other end when you come out of the wash. My car only had the first layer of dirt rinsed off after going through the machine. I basically still had to clean, scrub and wipe dry myself after paying for this "service", which is more expensive than other drive through car washes. I expected more at this price. Fool me once, but, not again.

This place it pretty much get a little dirt off your vehicle. Not the best place to go. If your going to spend 15 bucks go where you at least get free vacuum. Pretty cheesy place!
