I have been a customer for at least 15 years. I’m willing to pay a few cents more for my gas because of the great service from a very professional staff who always smile and greet me like a friend.

They don't answer the phone. When they did, they didn't know what I was asking about. This is typical with the evening crew.

Whoever the guy is answering the phone is a total j**** I asked to speak to the owner...and he said he was not in. I said okay can I leave a message for him? He said you can call back tomorrow, maybe he is in....I said is that the best you can offer is he maybe in? He hung up on me....wow what happened to common courtesy....I tried to give the benefit of the doubt so I called back...he picked up and hung up on me...I did it a 3rd time and got a fax....obviously it was not an accident.

Very unfriendly staff Albert. Went in this morning , the air didn't work properly . It doesn't add much after my my paid air runs out. It doesn't show how much air I have in my tire either. So I went in and Albert is one free there and I explained to him what happens . He said he just turned it on. I said I paid for it so it was on already . But something not working property. He gave the look that it's not his business. I asked I am being charged but not getting the service . He said the air IS NOT PART OF THE GAS station therefor not his problem. By then I just knew this station is a non friendly place and left. By the way , never knew if you add has there the air is free . There is no sign to tell you that. Never going back there again.

great place to buy gas or some beer...very friendly...Olivia is may favorite employee, they all have been very nice to me........in 20 years I have never had a problem buying gas there..once in a while the credit card machine is broke and you have to go to another pump but other than that it's a five star rating

Was harassed by cashier for using the restroom. He questioned whether or not I was a customer. I spent $35 in gas and then was harrassed for going pee. Are you effing kidding me? Don't buy gas here.

11/27/14 We left Concord on our way to meet a friend at a winery in Calistoga a little later than we wanted to, but figured we could make up a little time on the road. Only about 20 minutes into the 90 minute drive my husband said we needed to stop for gas. My husband Casey drives an Altima Hybrid, and we've made it from Vegas to home on one tank - the vehicle knows how to conserve fuel! Even after the empty light comes on, and it says you have approx. 0 miles remaining, we can go about 20-30 miles, sometimes more. I told him we could stop on the way home - and then we reached Napa - and on the freeway, his car just sort of stopped going forward. No more gas, no more electric. We coasted off the freeway and barely made it to a safe spot on the side of the road before the vehicle stopped completely. Casey ran up the road a little ways just to find a closed gas station, then he ran the opposite direction, back toward the off-ramp, and came upon this Chevron. He bought a container of fuel and brought it back to the car - we then filled his tank at Chevron Napa. Nice station. And so glad they were open on a Sunday when the rest of the town was so quiet!!
