The car wash is a ripoff. I payed for the Ultimate Wash but got the basic instead. Fourth time in a row its happened to me.

I have been a customer for at least 15 years. I’m willing to pay a few cents more for my gas because of the great service from a very professional staff who always smile and greet me like a friend.

They don't answer the phone. When they did, they didn't know what I was asking about. This is typical with the evening crew.
