DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INSIDE Please be cautious of using your debit/credit card when making a purchase at this store. I payed $5.16 with my debit card for window washer fluid on March 8 and saw another $9.99 transaction from Chevron March 9. I'm reporting fraud because they probably stole my information and are using skimming devices!

If I could give zero stars I would. Attendants do not provide customer service, however if you want to learn about their lives....just listen to their conversations before they actually realize you are there. What happened to customer service?Have a awesome day!

For the most part the staff here is decent, they're at least trying. I'm not sure what her name is but Ursula the sea witch with the empty eyebrows that she just outlines, has a serious problem. Maybe it's because she can't figure out how to do her eyebrows, I don't know. I've been coming in there several times a day for the last few weeks since I'm always in the area. Today she decides to card me out of nowhere, she didn't yesterday or any of the other days that I've come in every.. day... to buy cigarettes. When I explained to her my ID was stolen she saunters to put my cigarettes back and tells me $1.39 for my soda. So I push it towards her and sauntered out the door. As she was saying "adios" to a coworker repeatedly who actually is a really nice lady- I wish I knew their names. She forgets she's only a Chevron clerk she's not some CEO of a Fortune 500 company. She needs to calm it down. I've never one time seen her be nice or friendly or genuinely smile, you can see how her face contorts into a weird shape when she smiles because it's not used to it on the rare occasion she does smile to a vendor or a guy she finds attractive. I'm really upset I've spent hundreds of dollars here in the last month just to be told no for cigarettes when I'm double the legal age to buy them and have many times, here, up until today, by her. Somebody should teach your customer service and how to appreciate your regular customers. Although I don't think that's a thing anymore in our society so maybe it's a waste of time cuz you might get a happy customers who spend more. Then you'll make more, then maybe she'd have a reason to be arrogant because she'll be making a lot of money but most likely she'll just keep chasing people away.

So I went in today to get some Starbucks Frappuccinos and the lady at the counter was blowing her nose and grabbed my coffee by the top lid gave me a nasty attitude whole time I was drinking my coffee I felt disgusted even though I tried to kill most of the germs when I got home ewwie

So Isabel is the worst in customer service! Super rude! I go here All of the time for scratchers and never have had such an awful experience! And I spent about $1300! I called first to find out when a manager would be there and Isabel can't give out any ones schedule. They don't have multiple managers? Ok fine, I go in and ask if anyone else was there to help out front because buying scratchers is a process. She said No. ok so she clearly has an attitude at this point. She starts getting me the scratchers & gets me 20, $10 scratchers to start. A line starts to form, she decides she needs my id, I have grey in my hair btw. I dig it out & she calls another customer to the register and helps them. She kept stopping to help me and forgetting what I asked for because she was helped like 5 people. Then all of a sudden she has someone to call up and help. When I called her on that she basically told me that I can go somewhere else and she didn't have to help me. I asked if she could just switch with the guy she called up and he could help me then. She irritable said No I am already helping you. Can we say totally disgusting attitude! I hope the Owner gets rid of Miss attitude having Isabel or I'm sure I won't be the only customer who chooses a place with MUCH nicer people.

All gas stations suck, but this one will have three employees ignore you talking for to eachother and not say a damn word. No hello, no thank you. It's not that hard to be a decent employee. But one was the manager so what do you expect :)
