Slowest gas pump I ever used. Slow enough that I was able to write this entire review while waiting and then some. Plus it was super expensive.

Down to my last few dollars but needed caffeine so I purchased the 3 for 5.29$ Rockstar deal at chevron/extramile. I was near wallmart afterwards so I decided to buy coffee concentrate instead. 2 Rockstar are 4$ something so I tried to return 2 of the 3 Rockstar and this woman's (KATHY) reaction of flabbergasted and appeared to be angry, "put off" attitude. She especially got loud when i asked what her name was. She says "ITS TOO HARD (exact words), I'M NOT DOING THAT, ITS A SET PRICE...." I mean it's to hard udjusting the price to equal 3rds? She sounded really crabby and mad about pressing buttons that would excurt her and cause muscle failure I think.

This gas station has great vibes, some decent offers, and amazing staff. A full 5 stars from your Irish friend. I will be visiting soon again!

Nothing to complain about here--we just pulled in and filled up the tank, which in a honking German car, needs way too many gallons. But it's open at this time night, service is self pay, the price is about what it is everywhere else. And it's got a high octane rating or whatever my husband crows about. All good!

Older gent in the car wash aggressively waved me in but gave no direction, I looked @ him as he looked annoyed as I ruined my rim running into metal in their wash. This place could have rubbered this years ago, but I guarantee ruins wheels everyday. Im going to sue them for negligence as rubbering this is not just pracitical its necessary! This place can wreck your wheels! Do not go!

Absolutely RUDE service. The lady with the buzz cut has some customer service lessons to take. The answer is no we did not try to use the apparent pump that was inconveniently out of service. We just happened to pull into the spot and needed to wait for the car behind us to leave so we could switch pumps. She also walked one foot away from us with NO MASK. Unsafe environment and a damper on my day!!

Shout out to Dusten for always helping the disabled pump gas into my car. I give him 5 stars because he always takes the time to help people in need. We need more people like him.

It's a lot more hospitable to be friendly vs screeching upon my entrance. So, the gal behind the counter saw that I had coffee cup in my hand. (I did not even have time to look her way) She barks 'we have no coffee" (nice grammatical English). Uh, ok. Would have been nice if this gal would have said 'hello' 'good morning' something inviting. Never really cared for this Chevron. Too many other stations in Napa that are hospitable.

Newish pumps, but they played loud ads the whole time. Screen is pretty low and hard to read. Nice keyoad though.

I only use Chevron gas and this station is convenient for me on my way in to work and on my way out for gas or drinks, snacks etc. Not one person has seemed friendly at all. I think I will be going to another station. Employees seem bored and tired here.
