Make sure you arrive exactly when the time says on the card. If you show up two hours early, they don't help you. 1 week to clean 2 shirts is ridiculous. Never coming back

Worst service! I came in to have my jeans tailored its long so I need to have it shortened. Kids running the show stating I need to make an appt with someone who can take measurements who works from home which is only available on the days on her schedule which is a weekday but some people work on weekdays so I can't possibly take a day off for this small little thing to be cut shorter. So then I suggested can I borrow their pins so I can pin it myself and they told me I have to go home and do that and come back. What a waste of my time trying to communicate with non intelligent people. Common sense isn't common anymore. They seem busy so that's probably their way of saying we don't need more customers.

They have a very unprofessional gal that answers the phones. I called 5 times (on different days) as their driver never showed up to pickup. The final time I asked to speak to a manager whose either gutless or the nasty girl with the bad attitude never told him as she's totally useless but told me he'd call me back. I would NOT recommend this business. Go to Browns Valley Cleaners, great, honest, reliable, reasonable. Chardonnay cleaners is a joke of a business that will only waste your time. Ownership needs to get involved & get rid of at least one person.

I have to say I was so over charged with another dry cleaner in Napa and I am so excited to share that I have found a new home for my dry cleaning. Maria and Jackie are so amazing about sharing the Chardonnay Week deals, keeping me posted on my order and always greeted with a smile. My clothes found a new family.

I dropped off three shirts to be dry cleaned and pressed on 4/21. I was told, and my ticket stated, they would be ready on 4/27. I went in on 4/27 at 4pm and was told "our machine broke down" but they will be ready by 4/28 in the am and I would receive a text. I did not receive a text on 4/28. On the afternoon of 5/1 my partner went in to pick up the shirts. He was told there was a delay because "maybe one of the shirts was missing a button or they found a stain" and that she would call "them" to see where they are and let us know later in the day. I received no call or text back so I went in at 5:15 after attempting to call multiple times. The woman working at the counter again told me there "'might have been a missing button or a stain that they found" but could only say that if it happened on one garment, it would hold up all three of the garments. I asked where the shirts were and she said they get "sent off" to be dry cleaned. I asked if she had called "them" to see why they still had the shirts a week and a half later, and she said she had not called. I asked her for the number so I could call myself and she said she "cannot give out that information." These are my clothes and I cannot get the phone number to whoever has them? I was told two different stories about why the shirts weren't ready. I will not be taking my clothing here again.

Love the friendly staff! I love that the crew is a fun bunch hence its lively environment. Jackie and the ladies are always helpful. On a recent trip home to see my mom, she gave me a tablecloth and set of napkins. They are simple but embroidered by my grandmother and I remember their presence at many a family meal in my childhood. They were stained from years of use and simple household cleaning. Dropped em off last week a little leery about the ability to get them clean with these years old stains. Picked up today and they are clean as a whistle, beautiful with grandma's embroidery still intact. Thank you Chardonnay Cleaners!!

This was my second time using Chardonnay Cleaners. The first time I had a 5' diameter thick oriental rug. I was told (did not get the name) it would be about $106.00. This was the lowest bid I had received so I took the rug to the Soscol facility. Jackie was very nice and received the rug. Then I get a call that it will be about $165.00 to clean the rug, not the $106.00 had been quoted over the phone a few days prior. I was very tempted to cancel, however, since they were only slightly higher then the other quotes I said to go ahead. It took 2 weeks but the rug was delivered and looked better, but still had some noticeable marks. I know that sometimes stains are permanent. Usually, with other cleaners, there is a note explaining that they could not remove the stains entirely. A note would have been appreciated so that I knew they had worked on it. Then, on my second time, I brought in 3 shirts and Jackie was working the counter. We looked at the shirts and agreed two were for laundry and one for dry cleaning. The shirts were supposed to be delivered on Wed., Sept.7. No Show. I called and was told my route day had been changed to Thursday. The shirts arrived Thursday and looked good. Then I looked at the attached billing and saw all three had been dry cleaned at $10.25 each. I called and spoke to Jasmine. She told me that the laundry price was $4.25. She was very nice and apologized for the error and she (and her co-worker Jackie) put a $20.00 credit my account, not just $12.00, for future use. And she also said my pick up/delivery day was now back Wed. All this makes me a little uncertain about using them again. I will give it one more shot and see how it goes. TBC...

I stopped in today to drop off my items for cleaning. I've been going to Chardonnay for quite a few years. I dealt with Jackie. But when I arrived none of the open signs were on and the door would not readily open. Jackie was standing behind the second desk didn't look up when I walked in and regretfully took out one of her AirPods. She told me that it would be dropped at my house next week. I let her know that I pickup. I've always had good service. I requested a pick up on Wednesday or Thursday. She told me that there was absolutely nothing she would do to even get me a few of my items before Friday. She blamed COVID. Her attitude is downright awful. When asked her name, she was very snotty and told me she was there every day. I've never seen her before. It's really sad when a locally owned company doesn't at least try to accommodate the locals. I let her know I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
