“I was very stressed with the car breaking down out of town and it having been left overnight in an unknown area and it was a weekend and raining so I was doing a Google search for tow company’s open on a Saturday afternoon/ evening after reading several with negative reviews I worked my way down to Blackhawk Towing and the reviews made my mind up So I called to get a quote and see if they would even do it I got ahold of Christian and he said he could do it but could he call me back in a half hour because he was in the middle of a tow at the time so I said sure and he called back when he said he would he was very clear with his questions and answers and we set a time to meet To which he was there right on time if not a little bit sooner which was great He was able to load the car without any problems and we set off to take the car home Where he was able to get the car into the carport which I had worried about Christian was a great comfort on such a stressful situation and he was able to charge me less than the quote because it didn’t take as long as the estimate was for and on top of everything else that really helped the stressful situation of getting the car home I totally recommend Blackhawk Towing I don’t know any of the other drivers so no disrespect but I would tell you to ask for Christian if you need a Tow a definite two thumbs up ????
