I inspected the property and met with the manager to see if we might bring our dog there. The facility is nothing but basic and I chose not to work with them.

My young pup had to stay for 6 weeks while I recovered from emergency gall bladder surgery. My son had to find a place quickly as he couldn't take our puppy as he doesn't have any yard space and is renting with others in the city. Paul, the gentleman we dealt with, takes care of all the dogs. He is wonderful. Our dig had a great time. We've been back and she loved it!!

I made an appointment day before and when arrived a few minutes early waited a full 10 minutes and no one came to the front desk and I rang the bell they had and knocked on the window the doors were open and the lights were on but no one came to help me and the floor was so gross. Do not recommend.

We've been bringing our dog-friendly pit bulls to Camp Rawhide for about 10 years. All 3 of our dogs have loved Camp Rawhide! They're not fancy in any way, it's a just a small, family-style business for dogs. The staff is refreshingly not prejudice against any dog breeds, they're good with the dogs, and their prices are competitive - three features I appreciate in a doggie day care/boarding facility. Paul has been fantastic with our dogs, who have consistently come out of there tired and happy to see us, yet invariably wanting to go back inside for more fun.

Unfortunately, I will never take my dog back to this establishment. It was understaffed and I arrived early only to find my dog left in the basement for 6 hours. The owner was in the "office" area, stated he was having some "ME" time. All dogs were unsupervised, including mine in the basement. I always look for the positive, but if you love your dog like I love mine, do not conduct business here.

Will NEVER take our dog back to this place. Took her there a couple times for overnight trips and had no issues until this last time. She came home and her tail hair was much shorter than it was when we dropped her off. Her behavior was off for a couple days as well. I called and they said nothing happened. After inspecting it further, there were places where you could tell it had been cut because the hair was blunt. My fiancé went in to ask them what happened. He told them we understood if an accident had happened but that we just needed to know. Again, he was told that nothing had happened but that someone would talk to the other employees and watch the security tapes and get back to him, which never happened. Never again will be trust Camp Rawhide with the safety of our dog.

Just went to pick up my dog early and he was locked in a foul smelling office by himself! Not much of a dog day care! NOT OK! Very disappointed and WILL NEVER RETURN. Wish I would have read the yelp reviews before taking him.

Despite everyone's negative comments, my husband and I brought our dog here for boarding this past weekend. I have to say, they are amazing. Paul did great and took really good care of our boy. He was a happy dog for sure. Thank you Paul. We will definitely be returning customers.

While the service at the time was good, I paid in advance and , due to health issues, I am unable to continue taking my dog to day care and am out of money I paid in advance. My request for reimbursement was met with a not our policy. No room for negotiations. My advice is to read the policy as it seems it states there that there would be no reimbursement. Happy to take my money for services yet to be provided without a verbal reminder of written policy. I am on SSD and finances are extremely tight. More fool me, I guess
