My first time to go in this store today about 3:00 pm. I was the only one there aside from the three sales ladies behind the cash register area. No one looked at me or said hello. They were engrossed in conversation. I went around the store and no one bothered to ask if I need help. They were still busy talking to each other. I left and not one of the ladies glanced at me or said thank you for coming have a nice day. It was so strange no on duty staff moved a head to look in my direction. I felt like a ghost.

After seeing marketing around the shopping center, I decided to check out the store. Well I walked in and no one greeted me, three associates behind the register were too busy talking about what they had planned when they got off work. I walked around the store and felt uncomfortable by the look the girls gave other customers, I managed retail stores for years and I'm all about customer service, and since I didn't receive any here I will look for some other stores that will service me

Good sales and pricing on last seasons collection. There is a variety of colors for all in each selection. It was good to see the pieces in each collection grouped together rather than separated by tops and bottoms. It made it easy to see which pieces would coordinate to make outfits. Sales staff were very laid back. Store merchandise was easily accessible. This store has great parking and is easily found.

I love CAbi clothes, but have mostly ordered through their representatives. When I found the outlet I was happy to try it. I have been going for years but slowly it has gone downhill the associates at this store are lazy. They do not bother to greet you or help you. If you ask for different sizes they are lazy and just say that's all they have. Back in the day they used to check if their system and then in the back. Please hire better employees and I will be happy to give this store another chance.

I am a cabiholic. You never know what will show up and the sizes. They are always 1 year behind the current season. But you will always find something that makes you glad you stopped by.

I am a loyal Cabi customer and my experience at this store was by far the worse. There were 3 saleswomen standing behind the counter with about 4 customers in the store. My friend and I were barely acknowledged and when I asked for help with styling, I was ignored or referred to the catalog to look at outfits that may go well. Saleswomen were unkempt and dressed as if they were about to go on a 24-hour plane ride in Birkenstocks and flip flops. Carol, train these ladies so that they represent you well just like all of the other stylists and saleswomen across the country. They need help!!!!!!!!
