Browns Valley Storage is the Best!! I’ve personally used them 3 times, as well as my Parents, my Grandparents, and other family members. The facility is clean, accessible, and the staff is awesome!

The automated system to pay online doesn't work well or accept your info but you still get charged late fees despite it being the fault of their own faulty system. Customer service could use a tune up too. I'm a customer service experts and help companies turn bad situations into fruitful relationships. I give their customer service a low grade.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their absolute disregard for people's time and needs is beyond amazing. I have never encountered a business that cared less about their clients. I had an email confirmation stating what my move in date was. The hours of the office were listed as open Saturday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Went on Saturday (as noted on my confirmation) to move into the storage unit and no one was there. We had a rented truck full of stuff that we needed to offload. Called them multiple times and left messages while we were still there and no one bothered to call us back. Even their voicemail message said they were open from 8:30am to 4:30pm on Saturday. The hours board posted on their door said they were supposed to be open. Next to it was a piece of paper saying "Closed today" with absolutely no one to call and no explanation. This place requires you to stop in the office on your move in day to get your access code. Without it, you cannot get in. We rented the truck, loaded up all of our stuff and had no where to put it. They finally called me back two days later. No apology, no effort to make it right, nothing. All I got was that it was unfortunate. It was substantially more than unfortunate. The girl on the phone could care less.

Make sure you measure and see what you are getting before you rent. I signed up for a 5'x5' climate controlled unit. When I got access to it I mentioned that it looked small. I was told that the rental agreement said sizes were approximate. When I came back to start loading the unit I brought a tape measure. The unit was 4'X5'. 20% less than I thought I was getting. When I called about it I was jus reminded about the contract saying approximate size. No apology. A few inches would have been no big deal, but I do feel like I was misled.

I was really happy with the rental process from the initial internet sign up to the personal contact at the facility. I was very relaxed and happy Ivan store my personals after my home sold so quickly and had to find storage.

If you like your stuff being eaten by rats...all yours. Gross...dirty place. Look for a better place
