The wonderfully unflappable, resourceful woman who helped me at this location is the definition of someone who is good at their job. I messed up and added the wrong belt size to my order and needed the khakis I bought steamed so I could wear them out of the store. As I got a new belt, she held court as maybe six other customers approached and needed her attention (one customer knew her name, so I imagine others have been similarly impressed). She never lost sight of what I needed, and got me looking right for my work event. Testament to whoever staffs this place, please give everyone here a raise.

I went to buy a suit and was greeted quickly and warmly by Rosa. She got my measurements and pointed me to some options and before I know it, I was trying on a few options and was able to quickly make my decision and was in and out of the store in no-time (I hate shopping). I ended up with a great suit at a great price, two shirts, a tie, and all in half the time that I expected.

Do you shop for clothing or just an overall outing experience?I show for both, as we get older, we shop for something we don't need, we browse, or simply window shop, whatever the case we expect to receive a good customer service, something all staff here at the Napa location needs, New management with a caring staff.Please someone do something about this. The customer service here gets 0 stars from us, every time!

I walked in just after they opened and I was greeted right away by Jeffrey. He asked what I was looking for and got my measurements. He helped me pick out a shirt and told me of a sale where I could get a second shirt for only $20 more. He then helped me pick out some pants. Customer service was great and I left with two new shirts and a pair of pants. The quality of the clothing is outstanding.

There was a time I bought all my suits, ties and furnishings at BB. Now as an old guy with a big gut, BB sizes dont fit my generation anymore. Now BB has a preppy look and their clothes are sized for skinny millennials. Guess I'll order from LL Bean and Lands End online...

This is to the blond woman who is a manager or an employee at this factory outlet store: Thank you for being unhelpful, dismissive, not open to listening to my concerns, and literally turning around and walking away from me when I tried to speak to you, and wanted some more help. Also thank you for your fake enthusiasm when I first walked in the store. Just because you are having a bad day does not give you the right to take it out on your customers. Will not be returning. And I suggest if you want to shop here, take your business elsewhere.

On 11/28/19 I had an amazing experience buying my first suit with the help of the outgoing and knowledgeable Jesus Martinez. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted by Jesus like we were old friends and was brought over to determine the best fit for me. He patiently waited and listened while I tested different fits and gave me great recommendations for shirt/tie pairings. The store was very busy that night and I imagine it’s rather stressful working on Thanksgiving with the untold masses flooding in. Jesus radiated the kind of enthusiasm that I believe only exists in someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. I will be spreading the word to others in town and will definitely be back. Thanks again, Jesus!

Not able to arrange for sale with delivery from other stores in the Brooks Bother chain - Disappointed I was interested in purchasing several men's swimsuits in XL offered on sale. There was no available stock in this store location. I asked the sales person if any of thier other stores had stock in XL. I was told there were several stores that had inventory but I would be required to make purchases in person. I had just finished making purchases at the Polo store and J Crew next door with the same out of stock in store situation. Both stores were able to check stock (out of store - company wide) and complete the sale, and arrange for delivery. I am surprised and disappointed that I am unable to do the same type of transaction in Brooks Brothers I am really pleased with the fit of your swimsuits but it looks as though I will be purchasing from another retailer. The salesperson was very helpful but it seems her hands are tied to tight to make a sale.

I'm a girl who really LOVES the iron-free shirts from Brooks Brothers. While a lot of manufacturers claim their shirts are iron-free, the reality tends to be somewhat different for most; with Brooks Brothers shirts you really never have to iron them! Despite the fact that this store is an outlet, customer service here is excellent; they fold, wrap, and bag everything just like in their regular retail stores. They obviously care about their customer's experience even though shopping here is about the least expensive way to buy their merchandise. Obviously, they sell a lot more than just iron-free shirts here, but I can't comment on what it's like buying the other merchandise in this particular store because shirts was all I bought :-)
