During my consultation, I learned that I was sold a dress way too big, but Heidi personally called the company and helped me get a new size that was more manageable. Meghan worked on my dress for 3 fittings and got my bustle just right. She even let my friend come in to practice the bustle. They made me feel part of the alterations process and also are just a lot of fun!”
