Snarky elitist grandmas are all you'll find at Brick & MantelNapa. If you're looking for furniture I recommend going elsewhere, the rude customer service is most definitely not worth it.

Annie is the best! She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. She is easy to work with, unlike many other designers, she listens to what your needs and interests are and then makes recommendations based on your situation. They are flexible and provides option to fit your budget. Great customer service! I really enjoyed my experience with Annie and the associates at the new store. Highly recommend!

This place has some really beautiful furniture, if I ever need anything custom made I'll definitely return. I bought two beautiful chairs and two side tables from Dagmar, who is one of the nicest people I've ever met. You will pay more, but you're paying for serious quality, and again, you can customize as much as your heart desires. They have a few available floor models, and I was lucky to snag my chairs with a summer discount, so keep your eyes peeled. Even if you're just looking for throw pillows, you should check out Brick & Mantel because everything is wonderfully made.

Lots of fun things to explore in this furniture/ interior design shop. It looks small on the outside, but there's actually quite a bit of stuff inside, and a bonus extra building filled with more goodies. They do a lot of custom orders and can help with space planning and full design services as well.
