Fun, energetic sales personnel. They were so helpful and helped me select some cute styles to wear while on vacation. Definitely a great selection of merchandise with the ladies to help you perk up your wardrobe!! Highly recommend!! Absolutely loved Kathy, Heather & Lauren! Such sweet ladies!

I went to the shop during my vacation. We came in to shop for some souvenirs. I found a catching pair of earrings and I tried on it. The staff came up to me and said that I couldn’t try on it because of sanitation purpose and asked me to have to purchase it. She clearly had an attitude. I ended up buying it Bc I just wanted to get out of this shop. Will never come back. Put the sign saying “not to try on” if you don’t want people to try it and fix your attitude with customers.

First time in Napa Valley and got a coffee next door at Starbucks, proceeded to go into the shop and the person at the counter never acknowledged us, even after we said good morning 4 different times. Prejudice?!

I visited 6 years ago and made sure to stop by again on this visit which did not disappoint. Lauren is an amazing and graceful stylist - she helped me pick out and coordinate pieces that gave me confidence and made me feel like "me." I love the selection, the prices, but most definitely the employees. I will be back - thank you, Lauren!

I would rather shop at goodwill before thinking about stepping foot in this store . I wish I could give them ZERO stars! A friend of mine purchased a shirt from Boho a few weeks ago (size medium) my usual size, as a gift to me. Come to find out the pieces run small so upon trying it on it was way too tight. We went to exchange the shirt yesterday and/or even return it. I live in Sacramento so yes I drove all the way back just to return a $53 dollar shirt (rip-off)...Shein literally has the same shirt for $8. After the "manager" reviewed the shirt she says "oh there are sparkles on it"...... (two sparkles) in response I said okay when I tried it on I had shimmer on my body?? Like okay.... Anyways she says okay the exchange policy is two weeks it's now three weeks but you can go ahead and find something else to exchange... so I proceed to look around; TWO MINUTES LATER she approaches me and says "I'm so sorry but I smelled the shirt and it smells like it's been worn." Like excuse me?!?!?!?? I LITERALLY SAID IT DIDNT FIT!!!! Not only that it sat in my closet so yes it smells like me?! Tf. Don't tell a customer yes you can exchange something then turn around and smell the shirt then say oh no sorry, like you literally just called me a liar? So condescending. Just rude, like all that over a shirt?! Lol.. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. -10000/10. A joke for a boutique. Way better options in DT Napa. Walmart has better customer service to be honest.

It was my first time in Napa and I was looking forward to the boutique shopping. Boho Lifestyle did not disappoint!! Their clothes were absolutely adorable and very versatile for a nice dinner or a cute outfit for the weekend. All of the ladies working at the store were super friendly. I will definitely be ordering from them online & dreaming about when I can come back in person.

I live in Napa and have driven or walked by this store SO many times without stopping in to check it out. On August 14, 2022, I finally did while shopping with a friend from out-of-town. WOW! How have I missed this place? Heather greeted us, was so genuinely cheerful, and offered up a great "from-personal-experience" review of a fabulous purse I was looking at. Today while loading up said new purse (my Mom wants the same one), I realized I forgot to post a review! The clothes are wonderfully, and tastefully, bohemian. The Napa, CA, Boho Lifestyle shop is a definite stop whenever you're in town, even when you live here! Thank you Heather for really nice shopping experience!

Terrible excuse for a store. Owner ignored me for 10 min while her employees spent the time having a personal conversation with some at the counter. Read Yelp and Google reviews—this is clearly typical. Save your dollars for the adorable boutiques further down First St. This rude establishment does not want your business.

The owner is the rudest person I've ever met. She screamed at a customer, demanding they leave. Over-priced ugly clothes divided by "body type" which just furthers the stereotypical focus on women's bodies with the attitude we must follow arbitrary "rules" about dressing.

Such fun, cute, outfits and Best customer service! I have trouble with knowing what styles work best for me. But these ladies know clothes, and are so fun! Even my Shawn had fun while I shopped! Can't wait to go back!! Thanks ladies!! ❤
