I have been a bliss customer for several years. I’m always pleased with my services. I regularly get my nails done by Ann and pedicures. When I show my inspiration ideas Ann always takes the time to create them with the colors or shape I want.
My pedicures always come out great and I do prefer Gel polish upgrade because the polish last so long.

I have tried 3 times now and no more. They do a lousy job but they also treat customers poorly. I have never felt so unwelcome. I won't return. It shouldn't be that hard to be nice to a customer and not make them feel welcome when they walk in the door WITH an appt. Geez.

1 star... kinda rude the guy at the desk told me nobody was able to fill my nails to call for appointment... instead of making me a appointment there? I wanted to try it out but I never will cause they can't book appointments... lol oh well

Warning, proceed with caution I have been a client at Bliss Nail Spa pretty much since they've opened. I love Ann, she does such an incredible job. My concern is cleanliness of instruments. When they bring out tools I noticed that the sterilization pouch is NEVER SEALED nor any color change indicating that it was sterilized on the pouch. I was in last week for a pedicure and noticed that the foam toe separators were pulled from the drawer next to the nail tech, they were in a wrinkled plastic bag (as if it has been handled frequently) and after they were used on me- straight back into the drawer they went. Also nail files that were brought out to be used for my mani and pedi were noticeably used as you can see previous scratch marks on the file. The salon itself is clean but the conditions of their instruments is what worries me as this is how people get infections!
