Stayed one night in this lovely hotel while in Napa. I booked this hotel primarily based upon price and the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub had been out of service a few days and during my entire stay. The room was nice, although small. Nice amenities and bedding. The room faced the parking lot and main road. With the windows closed, the room was soundproof and minimal noise. Location was walkable to downtown napa. About a 20 minute walk. Free parking. Nice breakfast, nothing to get excited about.... But appreciated having the free breakfast. Service was excellent at check-in and during breakfast.Rooms: The room was small, however the bedding was quite nice and I had a good night sleep.Safety: Hotel and location felt very safe.Walkability: Hotel is approximately 20 minute walk to the downtown area.Food & drinks: Breakfast was pretty typical continental.

Ok stay. The bathrooms are in need of a serious renovation. Also the walls and floors are thin and can hear everything which was the most frustrating part of the experience.

This is the perfect hotel for when you’re visiting Napa and your focus is on the wine. It’s everything it needs to be to have a very enjoyable stay - clean/organized, friendly staff, continental breakfast. Plus, in the evenings the whole place smells like baked good on account of the fresh baked cookies. Didn’t have a chance to hit the hot tub, but it seems like the ideal way to round out a day schlepping from vineyard to vineyard. Would love to come back again.Rooms: Clean, cozy.Nearby activities: Close to downtown, complete with bars and restaurants. Nice walk.Walkability: Wheelchair friendly.

I must say that the Expedia Reviews and the Google reviews of this hotel certaintly was justifiable. When I first came in Abby was such a wonderful person to meet upon arrival at this hotel. She really made it feel at home in addition to the decor. When I got to the room, the scent is truly unrivaled in a wonderful way. The positive reviews of the bed are indeed true. I truly was able to get a great night of rest after watching such an exciting soccer game between the Napa 1839 FC and the Project 510. Vanessa, along with the other woman working with her, made the continental breakfast so exceptional! There was plenty of choices for all kinds of breakfast types that if you definitely felt satisified. The cookies were a great snack prior to the soccer game! For the price, you get that hometown feeling!

Finding a large enough room with 2 queen beds seems so hard to find in Napa,but thank goodness I found this one last minute. It was a reasonable price for such a large room. It was part of the new yellow building separate from the main inn called the Annex at Elm House Inn. It is on a corner of a rather main entry to get into Napa from the highway. Location is super easy to get to right off of Highway 29. It’s about a 5-minute drive to downtown Napa. Parking and location was no problem. Free continental style breakfast was decent. They offered premade eggs and could make a waffle for you, as well. Cute little dining area/lobby/lounge. Feels a little bit like someone’s living room with a fireplace. Cozy.The room I was in Room 404 was upstairs unit with AC. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Configuration was a little unusual with a sink in a closet. And for some reason there’s an outlet behind a glass mirror. Odd. But it all worked out.

We check out today, and we have really enjoyed the Elm House Inn. The rooms are spacious, clean, and up-to-date. The service is good, and the breakfast is nice. We highly recommend the Elm House Inn and wish we were staying longer.Nearby activities: Easy drive to anything in town.Safety: Felt completely safe the entire time.Walkability: About 1 mile from downtown Napa.Food & drinks: Coffee, tea and filtered water available 24/7.

I really recommend this hotel, I went with my mother on our trip to Napa last July, and we couldn't be happier, the hotel is cozy, very well located, super clean, very friendly staff, with a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely come back here.

My husband and I just got home from an overnight in Napa. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The Staff was excellent and accommodating in every way. It was a quiet, place to stay. Super comfortable and clean!Rooms: The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable!Walkability: It is easy walking distance into downtown, about 1 mile. The town is very beautiful and I felt very safe walking to and from the hotel. I liked that it was a little bit away from downtown. Nice and quiet.

This place was the most quaint, wonderful, and affordable find.When I say that we will be back, it is because there are few places in the world that truly understands "hospitality". Hospitality means that you should feel at home, considered as friends visiting. And it also means that you feel so at home, you consider with whom you are staying. If you are looking for pretentious, hotelier snobbery....this is not your lodging. If you are looking for respite, relaxation, convenience to downtown Napa (a short 10-15 min, GORGEOUS walk), proximity to the highway for vineyard visits and outlet shopping, and a home away from home....this is it.if you are sound sensitive, get earplugs. you are staying in a house. or request one of the four units in the detached backhouse..... if you are expecting sound booth level acoustic silence...get an AirBnB. we did not have any issues with sound considering we stayed right next to the kitchen, and had the joy of being awakened by the sounds of well-rested & familial greetings, and the smell of coffee & breakfast.We hope that the ownership does not change a thing. This is how an inn in Napa should feel: A big hug, holding a great glass of wine, with a platter of fresh baked cookies, after the hot tub on a cool evening. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!Rooms: Our room was huge!!! Pillows were wonderful! Clean, cozy & comfy. Fridge, safe, separate sink outside of bathroom (major plus for makeup application/hairstyling without humidity from shower), AC that works extremely well, more than adequate clothing/luggage storage.Nearby activities: Fuller Park is stunning, and a short walk from the Inn! about a 15-20 min walk to the riverwalk, the outlets are on the other side of the highway (recommend to drive/rideshare there), the sounds (water access) are a 20 min driveSafety: INCREDIBLY SAFE! We went for nighttime strolls around the neighborhood and into downtown for nightcaps. Very active neighborhood watches.Walkability: The walkability is relative. But for us, it was AWESOME. We were a 10-12 min walk from downtown. a 5-7 min walk from a phenomenal park!

This hotel is CLEAN! We stayed for 3 nights and loved our time here. Very friendly staff, nice continental breakfast, the accommodations were perfect for our needs; the location is conveniently located to downtown Napa. We'll be back!Rooms: Spacious, clean,Nearby activities: Close to downtown Napa.Safety: Front desk is manned during the day and you'll need your key card for access after hours.Walkability: Conveniently located to a myriad shopping and dining options.Noteworthy details: Everything around the hotel is about cleanliness ! Elm House Inn is certainly a hidden gem in Napa! We'll be back!

Very clean. Friendly , beds are comfortable. Staff is so nice and accommodating..their breakfast is very nice with many options. We will definitely stay here
