Bought a bunch of wine from area wineries during our recent trip, I was going to buy a wine suitcase they had on display to bring it as checked luggage, but a staffer told me they had a wine shipping service, I saved over $300 vs buying the suitcase and my wine arrived well packed and protected!

This is a store you'll want to stop by when you go to Napa Valley to buy wine. There are many types of wine and they will tell you a lot about it. This will also serve as a basis for choosing a winery. I bought a lot of wine, so I was able to buy a special box (containing 6 bottles) of wine at this store to take back to Japan. It is a safe box that is protected with styrofoam. It was about $20. (as of 2023)

I used to order wine from Daniel Dawson back in 2005 when I was living in California. What a pleasant surprise to be wandering around Napa last week only to find the store: I went in and while Dan is no longer there, the selection of wine was still wonderful and the buyers and experts in store were so helpful and friendly. So fun to walk out with a delicious recommendation and memories.

Stopped by this little shop as we didn't have time to do a full wine tasting. Described what we typically like and they gave us recommendations in our price range. We purchased those. We have tried some of them so far and loved them! The prices are also reasonable.

Where else in the heart of Napa valley can one call and get great suggestions for wine with one’s tastes, adventures and budget part of their customer service questions. You’d wine arrives and it’s a perfect selection, including description of place and tasting notes. You feel like you’ve made a connection with the wine and the maker. Thank you Prashant and staff.

I let the staff pick 8 bottles for me and every one of them was a huge hit. And they were not necessarily that expensive ($37-$180). Great knowledge and very hospitable. I will be shopping at this store for years to come!
