“Amazing work! They took care of my old '70 mustang and had the alignment fixed AND front tires replaced in just about 2 hours. That's a lot of work, and doing it on a classic car is non-trivial!
The family that runs the place is great, very down-to-earth. The prices are fair and equal if not cheaper than some of the bigger brand tire shops in the area.
It's about a 15 minute walk to the Starbucks on Jefferson if you need Wi-Fi to get work done while you wait, but they're also super close to a bunch of cafes, restaurants, and other spots if you just wanna eat and chill (<5 minute walk for those spots).
Definitely will be my go-to place for any tire needs in the future.”
“We came here as we had a tire with low air pressure (walk-in) right after Thanksgiving break. We were seen almost immediately, the prices were fair for two holes in our tire, and were able to patch it up fairly quickly.”
“The staff at the Napa Big O was swamped, but did everything that they could to make good on a battery warranty. They tried charging my one year old battery, and when it failed, they gave me a new $250 Interstate battery right away, no charge at all (the battery was charged, of course!)”
“I got a chip in my windshield and let it go, and a month later it turned into a large crack in the windshield. Vic's Autoglass came highly recommended by another local contractor.
I took my truck down to the shop and I was given a quote and an appointment to replace the windshield the next day. The service was great! My truck was dropped off at 9:00 am and finished by noon the same day.
The service was fast, friendly and the windshield looked great! I highly recommend Vic's Autoglass if you need repair or full replacement. The owner Victor was on-site and went over replacement options and explained the prosses.”

“You can get diesel and DEF here. I am pretty sure you can get your truck and RV trailer through although I would recommend coming around the eastern side first, drive around the building and you will then see the diesel and DEF pumps. This is the only place I know in Napa that has a DEF dispenser. Other places are commercial accounts only.
I get my propane tanks filled here. The fill station is near where the diesel and DEF pumps are. You may have to wait a bit for an attendant to come out to help you with propane. Although I have been certified to fill propane tanks previously, they do not let you fill the tanks on your own.
I did not go inside so cannot say anything about food or store items.”
