We were on our honeymoon, and our pooch ran away day 1! We had to drive back to Sacramento, and they were so accommodating! They are dog friendly! They have amazing staff. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask! Also make use of their concierge! Such a wealth of information!

When we arrived at the Archer we were greeted by very friendly staff (and a complimentary glass of wine). We stayed in a deluxe king room with a balcony—the view was beautiful!
Overall, the room was immaculately kept and the Nespresso machine with complimentary pods was a huge added bonus. When we asked housekeeping for more pods they were happy to provide. It would be nice to have additional complimentary water in the room; there are larger bottles for purchase but they were quite expensive.
The Archer is in a prime location for staying in downtown Napa and allows you to be in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms. As an added bonus, we spent one evening at the rooftop bar where there is an extensive drink list and even soft serve ice cream if you’re looking for something sweet.
Overall, a great stay! We’ll definitely return in the future!

Positives: the location cannot be better, right downtown Napa, close to good restaurants, tasting rooms, local stores, etc. The lobby is also very lovely and well decorated.
On another note, when booking at the Archer, we were really looking forward to its standard of service, which we didn't get. At the bar, be careful if you order a cocktail, as their quantities seem off, and for a $20USD amaretto sour, you would expect more than a drink that tastes like bad honey. Even though the bartender made it once again, it was still tasting funny.
Still in regards to the service, we were expecting a better and more courteous service and sky vine rooftop. We received oysters that weren't very good, and we received them before getting our glasses of wine, which didn't even come at the same time. We had to ask for napkins, plates, etc.
Furthermore, we weren't advised that they were doing maintenance on their rooftop and couldn't sit on the lounge chairs by the pool, as it was closed for a full day. Rooms: the standard room we got was way smaller than it looks in the pictures, it was very tight for 2 friends travelling together, and no view at all (facing interior concrete). For over $1,500USD for 4 nights, we would have expected a 4-5 star service, which we unfortunately didn't get. And bigger rooms for that price.

The hotel itself is a nicely appointed quaint boutique feel. Nicely appointed with 5star staff & service.
Rooms are nice but small.
Hotel itself would be 4star however no parking and valet took 20-30min and once 47min to get our vehicle so overall 3.5 Stars

"My stay at Archer Hotel Napa was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was beautifully designed with modern touches and a luxurious feel, offering stunning views of Napa. I especially loved the rooftop bar – the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore downtown Napa’s best restaurants and wineries, all just a short walk away.
What really stood out was the exceptional level of service. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed amenities, showed the hotel’s dedication to creating a top-tier experience. The concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations for local tours and tastings. Archer Hotel Napa exceeded all my expectations and made our wine country getaway truly unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!"

Beautiful hotel with tons of character, spacious rooms. Service has been great, and the location is perfect for downtown wandering or a jumping-off point for Napa excursions.

We live locally in the Napa Valley and sometimes like to have a short getaway weekend. We’ve stayed at the Archer before and chose it again over the Hyatt for our stay in September. This visit was not positive and I do not plan on sharing there again.
Our check in was unpleasant after multiple trips up and down to the lobby we were given the key to an occupied room. This was extraordinarily awkward and annoying. The gentleman that checked us in apologized and told us that “it had been a while since he had done that.” I get that mistakes happen; however this felt very unprofessional.
Our experience at the rooftop bar wasn’t great either. Awful service at the bar- I’d just plan to skip it.
Overall I was really disappointed. I wrote to give feedback on the check in experience and never heard back. It’s pretty awful we were given access to someone else’s room. Probably worse for them.
We will be staying at the Montage next time

Best service! Had issues with my booking and the front desk was patient & courteous as I resolved it with my company. Also ended up leaving my favorite pair of readers and the staff was able ship them to my home. Rooftop bar is nice. Rooms are spacious. Cant wait to return!
