Anna saved my VACATION!! I left NC without my dress for a very formal wedding and she met me at the shop, pulled 5 gorgeous black dresses, found the perfect one and had alterations all done in 3 hours! Saved my LIFE!! It's gorgeous, perfect and Anna is so sweet and definitely on top of it all!! HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

Was excited to go, and checked in via email with the business and although they recommended an appointment, they said I could stop by if I was browsing. Went in about an hour before closing, no lights, doors locked, all closed. I called and left a message to see if someone might have stepped out for a bit, heard nothing back. Not very professional and disappointing.

I was in desperate need of a professional pressing for my wedding dress week of my wedding after traveling with it across country. My dress was silk mikado with boning in the bodice and NOT easy! Anna was my fairy godmother and saved the day. I don't know what I would have done without her, as it's hard to believe that a cleaning place would have been up to the job. I trusted her completely and it paid off! My dress was flawless. Go to Anna!!

I have try to go to this bridal store on 4 different occasion DURING POSTED business hours. The store is always closed! On one trip we called and she made excuses that she had just left and she was busy, that we could return another time. Mind you this was 1:00 pm and business hours are posted 10-4. We were told by near by tenants that she fails to open often. Save your time... shop out of town. I would have loved to shop local but this owner makes it impossible!

Anna and her team altered my wedding dress and my wedding reception dress quickly and beautifully. She had everything I needed to accessorize too and saved me last minute running around pre wedding jitters! I look forward to returning with future clothing I need altered. Thank you Anna!!

I’ve been here twice to look at dresses, Anna is not helpful one bit and she had said that we needed an appointment- which is reasonable, but the shop was so dead. She’s also very judgy and said to go to another dress place.

Wonderful experience! Great care was taken for my daughter and friend who needed dresses for Prom. The ladies there are very kind and knowledgeable.The altering was done perfectly and timely. They have a nice assortment of special occasion dresses. Prom, wedding, quinceanera they have it all.Highly recommend them and will be back again.

Must say not very happy with their service. Wanted to have my dress hemmed for a wedding. Took in for a fitting on Wednesday. 1st red flag it was an empire dress and she thought it should fit around my waist and thought it was the wrong size. I was like no it's an empire bodice. we then couldn't decide on the hem length so I took it home and pinned it up myself to the proper length and dropped it off the next day for the hemming. Then I get a call today that they don't want to work on the dress after all because it has beads on the hem. It caused me a lot of unnecessary stress as they should have been upfront about not having the skills to work on a beaded dress.

My experience at Anna's was wonderful! My destination wedding kind of snuck up on me and I contacted Anna's about a month before my December wedding for alterations. Luckily, they were able to get me in for alterations and thank goodness they were! Anna and her seamstress (I completely blanking on her name, I do apologize) were so attentive and realistic about the alterations and modifications that I was wanting. The ladies even fixed the buttons on the back of my dress as there was an issue with how the dress was made. I can't thank them enough for the beautiful alterations that they did as they truly truly saved the dress.

We received such great service from Olga. Helped in every way for wedding wear, finding what would work and which ones would not. We have not stopped talking about the expertise, regarding garments and accessories as well as timing checks until we were ready with confidence. Thank you!!
