I only come here if I need some water and nothing else is open. It's a 7-Eleven, nothing special. The guy with the beard always acts like you're about to rob his store, which kind of makes me giggle because it's so over the top.

After a failed attempt of getting our motor coach into the Chevron for diesel we ended up here! Wayyyy easier to get in And out of for a large vehicle! And the clerk, TJ, could not have been nicer and more respectful! He was so polite and even said yes ma'am! A southern gentleman! Will return for sure!

I only go to this place if I'm in dire need of getting something before heading home. It doesn't matter who is working the register, they seem rather rude. Every time I try to enter my rewards number they always skip it and when I ask about it they tell me they can't go back to allow to enter it. For being part of a national chain, this particular location seems to lack simple customer service. I'm sure the gas station mart provides better service.

I found the clerk to be rude, and he kept by passing the option to put my phone number in. After telling him, that I want to put my number in, he said I couldn’t use my rewards even though the option was on the screen. The syrup in the soda machine needed to be changed.

I always have issues here. They leave items out of cold for hours. When i told them the item was supposed to be chilled not left out the lady said i dont know and couldnt speak english. I usually dont come so late but tonight i stopped in at 12 45. I was disgusted. The items meant to be heated and sold tomorrow in the day were in the warmer just sitting there not being heated, but full as if he was letting them thaw out. Anyone who knows food prep, knows this is a big no-no. Its like asking for millions of germs to get on the food just sitting at room temp not covered and at room temp who knows what kind of bacteria are growing on these items sitting all night out of cooling and heating temps. Just nasty!

I live in Napa and will occasionally stop at this 7-11 after midnight. The clerks who work here at that time are rude and never say "thank you" when you have bought things from their store. It's like you're bothering them. I don't expect a kiss and a hug but just a simple "thank you" would be nice but it seems like too much trouble for them to look up from their phones or clipboard to say "thanks". Believe me, I will choose to go elsewhere from now on. Val's on Soscol near Imola is open until 2am and the clerks are much friendlier.
