I had a small leak on my hot water recirculating on the water heater, these guys came out right on time, fixed it like professionals. And especially their Tech Kevin was amazing. Under any normal circumstances I would want him to be my friend and go to my barbecues

WOW services has been a life saver for us! We recently purchased a new home and they saved our life a month ago on a faulty AC and just today, they were able to get out asap and help us with some clogged drains. Cody Thompson was fast, extremely professional and helped educate us on the systems that we have here. WOW! I can't say enough good stuff about this company!For the last few days, the temperature in my office was not decreasing. I called WOW Services and they were able to send a technician the very same day. He was able to find the issue and within 30 minutes had the cool air flowing again and that made my team very happy!Service: HVAC system repair

I would give it zero stars if I could. Brand new AC broken and they have been giving us the run around that it was not covered under warranty. We called another HVAC company and they have confirmed that the AC unit was never installed correctly to begin with! They are a fraudulent company who should get their license pulled.Edit- since I can’t reply to your reply- it’s under a different name. I refuse to have you help at any point now. You ruined our ac !! Never even installed it correctly to being with! We have been in 90 degree heat indoors all month and you never bothered to help when we called. Another hvac told us you never installed it right! Didn’t even put in a filter tray! You also keep changing your company name to avoid trouble.

this company installed our brand new ac incorrectly and gave us the run around about fixing it. we have to get it fixed through another company because of their mistakes. never trust this company at all.
