Bill worked our VA rate improvement refi. The entire process went very smoothly, and the rate he snagged for us beat all of the competition by half a point! I'm a real estate investor so very familiar with the process, and I don't recall ever having such a fast and easy experience in getting a mortgage. Highly recommended!

Bill was very helpful in communicating what was needed. There were a couple of hiccups but Bill communicated clearly and we were able to overcome everything. We used Bill for a refinance and we were able to get a very low interest rate and closed quickly.
