I will never step foot in that wells fargo until they retrain these people or fire them and get a new crew.
Being racist, and elitist is for the birds, Victoria. My clothes as ugly as they are and my face as non makeupd as it is don't reflect my bank account. Your clothes and makeup don't reflect good customer service. I'd rather have a nice teller than one who pretends she's kim k with an attitude that she was just crowned queen of riverside county. Get a grip ladies. Get a grip. No husbands to be won here, just bank transactions to do. Do better. Wells fargo, do better.

I had a extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this branch with the personal banker Carlos. I have been branch for years. The moment the girl asked for assistance I knew just sitting down he was not wanting to help me. During the conversation he stated “Im not trying to be rude…. Any time someone say they are not trying to be rude. They know what they’re saying can be taken as rude. Then while trying to resolve my issue he immediately stopped and asked if my name on the system my correct name. I immediately told him yes its my married name. Since my bank card and license was my maiden name. He stated no one in this branch should ever allow you to use that card. Instead saying let me insist in order you a new card with your new married name. I felt very attacked and treated rudely through the whole interaction. Thankfully I was able to go to another branch that helped even order a new card and resolove my issue.

Went in to start a new bank account for my son. No customers inside , 3 employees inside or behind the desk. Asked to start a new account, lady has a conversation with the 2 other employees. States to come back tomorrow, with no explanation why to come back tomorrow. Took my business somewhere else and another bank. This is really unprofessional of employees.

Horrible bank. I was victim of identity theft. Police report and detective involved. Account were opened in my name and Wells Fargo gave away my money. They won't give me the refund of almost $2,000. Horrible customer service, they don't care and will not protect you or your money from fraud. The worst bank they say will call you back and don't, they say they will investigate-they don't. My secret I've found where the accts were opened said he will talk to Wells Fargo, they refuse to talk to him. Don't take your money here

This branch of Wells Fargo on Scott Road is the worst in the history of banking. I will never go to this bank again. It should not take 12-14 minutes to deposit a check. Never again. I remember 30 years ago Wells would give you $5 in your account if you had to wait more than 5 minutes. This branch would be out of business if that was still a thing....If you have to go inside this branch, make sure you bring a lunch.

Horrible service!!! Every excuse under the sun for not doing their jobs. Asked to speak to the manager, they don't know who the manager is! Manager doesn't have a name or a phone number. Beware, you have been informed.

I purchased furniture during lockdown from Bob's Discount Furniture. It was delivered in horrible shape and I asked Wells Fargo to hold on my credit card payment until it was fixed. They agreed until Bob's furnished them with a delivery receipt stating I signed for it in good condition. Only problem is, I did not sign the receipt, my name was not even spelled correctly. This was a fraudulent receipt that Bob's made up. Wells Fargo has my signature on file...but they stated all they needed was a signature.....it did not matter if it was not mine. FRAUD THAT IS ACCEPTABLE AT A BANK IS NOT O.K.!!! Anyone who deals with Wells Fargo be very aware that fraud is acceptable at their bank and they have zero regard for their customers or standing behind their credit card purchases.

This is the best Wells Fargo branch! Excellent service, friendly tellers and managers. It is a quiet place, no waits. I’m glad it is open again!!
