Not even one star should go to them!!! I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years and they have always in the past taken care of charges on my account that I did not make. But now, I got Zelle some money from a friend that needed me to get the cash out for him (he had no way of getting the cash himself). And now Wells Fargo is charging me of fraudulent and scam. Because the friend supposedly turned around and refused the payment to me. So if anyone is fraudulent or scamming it would be him and not me. But yet the money is taken out of my account and made me broke!!! I can not believe that Wells Fargo would not stand by their customer (me) and believe that I was being fraudulent!!!! If I could afford a lawyer, I would take them to court and sue them for saying such things about a good and trustworthy customer!!!!!!!!

I don't know that I've received worse customer service. Especially from someone who is the operations manager. Absolutely absurd way to treat customers. I will not be back to this branch ever again. Wells Fargo, I hope you're listening. You need a new manager. ??

I no longer want to bank with Wells Fargo. My family has four accounts with them, and I intended to open a new business account. I visited the Scott and I215 branch, where they advised me to schedule an appointment. I scheduled a 1pm appointment at another location the next day. I arrived 25 minutes early, but the banker returned at 1:10pm which is 10 minutes late from lunch and informed me that I needed to schedule a business account appointment, not a personal one. I was deeply disappointed with this experience. My only recourse is to bid farewell and move all my accounts to another bank.

AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally unprofessional for business services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After being left with no answers from their branch manager, I walked across the parking lot to USBank and got a business account opened with them. They make you wait for all the crazy things.

We made an appointment online to open a new account and got an appointment the day of. My 18-year-old needed to switch to a bigger and more available bank system.Although we were not greeted- and had to ask for assistance - we found someone that was super helpful. I feel so relieved that my son is banking here now. The previous bank was unable to accommodate the needs of a young adult learning how to navigate the banking systems--without adequate customer service options available or reachable.

Cristina was sooo sweet and helpful. Every time I come in, everyone is so nice. But yesterday I was having a lot of problems with my account. A life insurance agent took my application and charged me $900 when I wasnt even approved for the insurance yet! Anyways, she gave me a new account number, a referral to a trustworthy agent through their company, and she helped me apply for revolving credit. I asked a lot out of her and she was so pleasant and handled everything accordingly and in a timely manner. Im really thankful for that experience because I haven't experienced such service when I went to their bigger branches. Overall, Im going to stick with this location

I have banked here for twenty years. The Wells Fargo employees have consistently been gracious and kind. They have given me personal one on one help whenever I needed it. If they get busy and you have to wait in line, that is just life.

Worse customer service ever!! We have had multiple issues with this branch!! Thankfully there are other Wells Fargo banks in the area that can help our banking transactions!!

Horrible customer service at this location! They seem to make up the rules as they go along. Their “policies” are not consistent with other banks, they even make BoA look great. Moving my business to a bank that cares, and I can’t do that fast enough. Been a customer for 20 years but I won’t make it to 21. Saw the below review about charging fees, yeah they did that to me too!
