After going to a different branch with a horrible experience, I came here. Brandi and Sam took their time to listen to my questions and help me out. I am very appreciative of their customer service and concern for others. This is the best Wells Fargo branch I've been to, by far. ❤️

Bank manager Alma naranjo Went above and beyond in her customer service considering me and my wife went in to End our relationship with this bank In instead of treating us with disrespect She treated us the utmost respect So kudos to her and the management at wells Fargo for great management skills

The teller was very nice and tried to help but you have to have an appointment to see a banker. I sure miss the days when you could come in and see a banker.

Do y’all not answer your phones? I called 7 different branches in my area at least 3 times each and no pick up at either location over a 15 minutes span. I called to report a card that was stolen and used at my business so I can’t physically leave my business with the stolen card to return it, all I can do is call. I get that the tellers can be busy with other customers, but over a 15 minute time span, multiple locations, and I still can’t talk to an actual human is very inconvenient of Wells Fargo. I feel bad for Wells Fargo customers including the man whose card I was trying to report stolen and everyone that also left a 1 star review because all Wells Fargo replies is an automated message and asks them to review on a separate app to “fix the problem”. Wells Fargo doesn’t care about their customers.

The teller was really nice but you have to make appointments for a banker. I miss the days when they would serve you anytime.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 2004. This branch has had the best bankers so far. Jason Jones (Senior Premier Banker) was an AMAZING help for me. He went above and beyond to get my accounts taken care of after being given the run around by so many others. Best Christmas present ever to relieve the stress I had. Jessica Scholten was also a huge help in assisting with making it all happen. I am forever grateful to them both.

They deserve no stars. I really think I'll be pulling my money from this bank. They are removing ATMs and then the ATMs that they have like the one on Madison on Murrieta Hot Springs rarely work properly. I tried to deposit cash and the machines are messing up and not accepting all the cash so I could not make my deposit.

Can't believe I came to cash a check that has Wells Fargo on it with my name and they wanna CHARGE ME 7.50 to cash it, that's why I'm no longer a member here.

Only 2 tellers working on a Saturday. The line was 10 people waiting. I've been a customer over 30 years. You can do better with our money.

Customer service is no longer a concern with this bank as it was in 2018. They don't care about their customers pursuant to my visit to this branch a few months ago. Also I have been banking at Wells Fargo for over 30 years and have never before encountered different information from their telephone customer service, their branch and online as I did today. Save your frustration and bank with Chase. Customer service matters very much to them.

This place is horrible just like all the others reviews say. Read it and weep Wells Fargo because you earned your bad reputation. The place is always empty they want you to make appointments and come back in weeks time. Ummm nope you are not the only bank in town. When you tell them that's not very customer friendly the tellers act like the don't give a rats a*** Zero empathy zero people skills. I'm never returning to this bank like ever!!!! Stay away!!!!!!

Incredibly rude teller at the business banking window. Argued with me that I was giving her the wrong account number, saying there were not enough numbers, for my mortgage payment. I had to go get the statement which proved to her I was right and she was wrong. No apology... nothing. She just ripped the receipt from the machine and threw it under the window to me and turned away without saying a word.

This is the third time that I have had a horrible experience at this branch! They do not return your calls. A monthly charge appears on an account that you have never been charged fees before and expect you not to notice. I made an appointment at 10 AM and it is now 1040 and I am still sitting waiting.
