I would like to give negative stars not only for the customer service but also the patrons. I saw a checkout line with the light on but a sign that said, "Lane closed." The cashier confirmed the lane was closed. I got in the next line, which was long. Another customer walked up and told the cashier the light was still on. The cashier confirmed the line was closed, but a short man with a Walmart vest (a supervisor maybe?) told the customer that the cashier could help her. I walk over and ask if the line is open. The cashier now says yes. I let the customer in front know that the rest of us (poi ting to the long line) were already waiting in line. The customer tells me to "shut up." I tell her that is very polite. As I walk out of the store, this same customer is standing near the exit. I tell her she is rude as I walk by, and she shouts "bi#ch" at me. I did tell the man who was wearing the Walmart vest that he should have taken the customers in line rather than let the woman who never waited go ahead of everyone else. He just shrugged it off and said "oh". Great example of why I try to never shop at Walmart. I only needed one thing, and it turned into a fiasco.

My girl and I went to Walmart to get a couple things but mostly to get pictures printed. Went to the photo area and Patrick helped us. Went above and beyond helping my girl through the process. Told us it would take 30 + minutes so we picked our other items and headed back. I told her that I bet it's finished because Patrick knows his s*it, and I was right. He got her the pics then checked us out. The experience couldn't have been better, . Thank you Patrick for standing out as a top notch employee/person. Bravo

DO NOT COME HERE. I purchased a vanilla gift card for my mother a week ago from this exact Walmart and they told me it's activated and today she wanted to buy a tv, the payment wasn't going through and the manager said we don't except those gift cards "SOMETIMES". I told him why do you sell them then and tell people to use them at the front cashier. He went on saying don't get mad at me because I'm not the one who told you to buy it and I'm telling you that we don't except those here sometimes. I told him that would have been nice to know and he should tell his employees this information for anyone who plans on purchasing a gift card from here. It was closing time and he was getting mad because I was showing him the amount on the card and kept telling me it's non refundable. Scamming at its finest. DO NOT COME HERE.

Store open until 11 - changing rooms close at 8. What a joke - customer service is crap. If they were a mom and pop shop they would be bankrupt based on this store. Terrible

Rodel the manager was very unprofessional!!! Went to get my son a bike I found on the app for $58. Found the bike and went to buy it ring up for $109 they call the manager over to price match and told me I have to buy online then pick up 2 hours later!!! Mind you I have the bike already, do as he said purchased online and asked if I can just take it since I bought already!!!! He continues that's not how it works and that there's a "process" in case an in store costumer wants to buy the bike first!!! I'm like I already paid for the bike!!!! He was more than rude and not helpful at all. Called costumer service and have been getting the run around since ! Did express shipping that would arrive in an hour then get a message the bike is not in stock :0 how is the bike not in stock I just left and there was 7 of them

Worst Walmart I have ever been too. Called ahead for product and was told it was in stock. Once I arrived couldn't find it. Asked an associate who said I can't help you, found another that pointed me to two other people and was finally told they are out of stock! One of the many reasons I hate Walmart today

First time trying curbside pickup, will not try again. Unclear instructions and was accused for damaging this locations rating for their own companies mistake. Was berated by walmart employee and made the shopping experience all the more unpleasant. Love the prices walmart has but the customer service and treatment there isn’t worth saving money for.
