Number one Walmart nearest to my house that I order almost religiously for my household needs. Great prices and our favorite employee (Hugo) is the best whom my dog Diego adores.

Went tonight to buy a few items and went to the self checkout, with my husband and two small children. From the second we started scanning our items this lady named Angelica was standing immediately behind us watching our every move. My husband was using Walmarts app that's recommended by WALMART! Where you scan your items in your app and then you pay through your app. We weren't finished and still had MULTIPLE items in our cart, inside and in the bottom, and this lady had the NERVE to say "what are you doing? Scan and go? Because I don't see anything scanned yet". Meanwhile I was bagging. This chick decided to start calling up everyone she possibly can, and kept saying "This is only adding up to be $134 and all this stuff and it's only $134" she was telling whoever they needed to come in and rescan everything. I told her repeatedly, at least 3 times, that we are not done scanning our items. She then proceeded to take our cart and start walking it over to another register. I said "why are you doing this? We aren't even done scanning our items, what, are we doing something wrong??" She said YES and kept on about it being ONLY $134. WE WERE NOT DONE! What doesn't this lady understand?? I honestly feel from the minute she saw us, she judged us, and was accusing us of stealing from Walmart. As if this stuff was her stuff or something. She completely ignored any and everything we had to say. The manager came over and tried defending her and said she was doing her job. So what were we doing? Stealing?!! We were using the self checkout and the Walmart app! Walmart hires racist workers who don't understand how their own place of employments app works and we were accused of being thieves because of it. Funny thing is, we re rang up everything THREE times and PAID for our items like we went there to do in the first freaking place! Pretty sure people who steal are people who don't have the money for things they want, wouldn't we have put things back?? No! We bought each and every item we intended in the first place. Angelica should really take a course in customer service and how to treat people here. Because the way my family and I were treated tonight, was not okay!

Ok every worker is so nice here. Idk who tf Reina is but she has krampus up her a** . Customer had a concern an he wasn't even talking to her in any type of way. She was giving him major attitude and nasty looks. I usually don't leave reviews but even watching had me irritated for them. To top it off, the dude wasn't even addressing her but another worker. Disgusting attitude.

This walmart sucks everyone here was extremely rude and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to open up a case because all of there makeup is locked up. I don't like being treated like I am a criminal when I have never stolen in my life. Employees also yelled at other customers for no reason. Very disappointed go to temecula walmart if you want to be treated like a human.

Lack of service, employees, and product. We had some items in mind that we wanted to get and this Walmart didn't have any of it. The website said that they had them all in stock, but we couldn't find them. There was only 1 employee working the electronics section so there was a super long line. We, then, found another employee but they didn't know how to help us since it "wasn't their section". After running around the electronics aisles, we finally gave up and decided to just buy it online somewhere else. We also wanted to see if they had shoes we wanted (the website said they were in stock), but they weren't either. Needless to say, this location needs to be restocked very badly. They also need to evenly distribute more employees throughout the store to help out. The parking lot is spacious, though. Basically, needs a lot of improvement.

Why do we have to put up with the people pushing the big blue carts around? Are they shoppers that are fulfilling people's orders or are they putting merchandise back on shelves? Whatever they are, they are in the way. The store can be tight in some spots as it is. We don't need these people in our way.

Took my daughters out here to pick up some home goods and groceries I spent over 370.00 and had my daughters helping me at the self checkout just trying to have a moment w them both letting them scan items and use the label reader gun. We paid for some of our items beforehand at the electronics section due to my daughter getting an hdmi cable and charger they were nice enough to ring up a couple of pillows and a Sonic plushy and gave us the receipt so now here we go to the front to use the self checkout within 7 mins this skinny old dude w glasses came up to me w a receipt in his hand saying ohh I don't see the pillows on your receipt so I'm thinking how does this guy have a receipt for me when I haven't even checked out all these items out here at the front yet. This triggered my kids anxiety then they got withdrawn from checking things out and using the label gun to continue helping out. This was a terrible experience overall.

If I could do zero stars I would so on Monday October 2, 2023 I got my oil change at Walmart which took 2 hours and I needed them to check my tires the guys working the auto desk told me it was gonna be like a two hour wait so I told him I would make an appointment for October 3rd at 4 o'clock. I get there to the appointment and the guy looks at the tire and tells me there's a big nail in the tire and that he's going to charge me $120 for a brand new tire when I have warranty on them. I told him I'm not paying $120 on a tire that I have warranty for so I ended up leaving and I went to a little tire shop by my house and the guy took the tire off the car and took out this little tiny nail, the size of a fingernail and told me the tire did not need patching anything because how small the nail was and it didn't even poke through the tire that it was just stuck in the crease not just that now my car is leaking oil after going to Walmart for a oil change NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN none of those Walmart auto workers know what they're doing

Walmart Murrieta, Ca almost killed me.Any lawyers out there? I purchased a set of 4 tires. As I was driving home I could hear a noise that sounded like my breaks were pushed in or warped. I pulled over 4 miles from home but couldn't identify where the noise was coming from. I called a tow truck and brought it home. I took off the tires and found the rim weights lodged into my break caliper and rotor. This could have locked up my left front break on the freeway. The technician glued on the rim weights on a very dirty rim. Glue doesn't work well with dirt and break dust. If anything, please teach your technicians on proper safety.

I've been calling them for 20 minutes to get our tires changed and I've been hung up on before they've said anything and it literally rings for 4 mins at a time before the call just hangs up or drops. Like if you wanted business wouldn't you want to answer the phone. This is very irritating. If we didn't already pay for the tires I would not go back. Fix your phone lines if y'all can't hear it. And if you can just answer the phone. Terrible. Update. Went in cuz we had an appointment anyways but called to see if the phone rang and we barely heard that phone at alll. And to make things worse there wasn't even someone available for another 15 minutes.Update 2: lily the Automotive manager on duty is wonderful came in and explained somethings and basically explained that what we were told initially was wrong and that we'd still be able to get everything done and ended up taking care of us herself. Honestly if it wasn't for her we were ready to go off but thanks to her everything else went smoothly just got everything done a little later which is fine all things considered

Let's be honest, everyone has something bad to say amout Walmarts. But Walmart Murrieta location definitely is cleaner and it's staff in a much friendlier and professional demeanor than any other Walmarts I've been to in Southern California. I wouldn't have left this review if it wasn't for my experience tonight:I left my iPhone14Max Pro along with my Driver's License in its case in one of the aisle shelves (I couldn't remember which). Katrina (pictured) answered the call when I called Walmart and she instantly went into action. After 2 mins taking to her and after using Apple Find Me App we realized that no one had turned in my phone into Walmart staff. After a few short holds on the phone she was able to find the phone untouched! If it weren't for her quick thinking, I am sure than my phone and DL would have landed in the wrong hands. Thank you Katrina for your quick thinking, amazing customer service, and going above and beyond!

I purchased a package of buttery dinner rolls on Thursday from Murrieta Walmart. I took the dinner rolls home and on Saturday opened them to take one out and the dinner roll was molded. Why are Walmart customers buying molded bread?
