Unprofessional experience. I had come in 7/6 to get first dose of a 2 dose vaccine series, where the second dose is needed exactly 7 days after. I had an appointment booked for a week and showed up to be told they don't have the vaccine. Without it, the first dose would be considered invalid if not received exactly 7 days after. Nobody had called me leading up to my appointment to advise me that it was out of stock, now I am left scrambling to find another place to receive a vaccine same day.

KID-CENTRIC w/ DIVERSE BEAUTY PRODUCTS! I heard Walgreens was going hard on the beauty products now, don’t ask me (as I’m a dude with zero beauty product experience lol) but they seemed to have excellent options for a variety of skin tones and preferences. Also, they have a line of specialty diverse products, I think Walgreens is making progress, yay! I really liked this location as it had really cool items for kiddos and teachers. Lots of toys and cool gadgets.
I also found that the Walgreens was easy to traverse, it’s a standard Walgreens so I knew where the food, pharmacy, and photo sections were, immediately upon entry. Service was fine, staff kept to themselves and the store was quiet. I came in for an easy breezy purchase and left happy!

I received TERRIBLE treatment from Pharmacy Techs named Devon, Jamie and Jenny on Fri 05/31/2024. I have no clue why these people work at such business if they lack BASIC communication and customer service skills!!! I don’t recommend going to this location.

These people are horribly prejudiced. I walked in to buy something today when I was immediately asked by the older white woman that runs the cashier what was in my pockets. I had to empty every single one of my pockets just to freely purchase something. It’s my first time at this walgreens and I can safely say I won’t be returning. Walgreens as a chain needs to do a better job at holding its workers accountable for such a lack of respect for its customers. Do not come here, you just might be falsely accused of theft.

I’ve used Walgreens for years but this location the pharmacy is awful. I think their equipment might be old? I came in today after an hour to pick up a prescription and was told they were running behind and could not even look up the prescription, I would have to come back in an hour. I came back in 75 minutes and they told
Me my prescription didn’t exist. I called my doctor back who confirmed they had sent it in and they resent it in urgent. I waited 20 more minutes in the parking lot only to have a pharmacist tell me at first that they didn’t have it, then, that he could see it but not access it and I would have to go somewhere else. This happened to another person in line in front of me so at this point I will not be going back here ever.

This is the cleanest Walgreens I've been to, the customer service is kind, yet inefficient. I've set my stopwatch every time I need to pick up my prescriptions here, and I spend approximately 30-45 minutes here every time, even for one medication. This place is a major time suck. Half the time my prescriptions aren't ready, despite what the Walgreens app displays. I've also canceled prescriptions here multiple times, only to have them refilled and charged for the next time around. Will likely transfer to another pharmacy that has their sh!t together

Came in here because my friend wanted to check out their Christmas aisle specifically looking for Snoopy items. 3 or 4 employees stocking in that aisle talking amongst each other, but no greeting or acknowledgement for us at all, not even to ask if we needed any help as we just went around them to look at everything. Cashier was a little dry, like robotically just going through the motions, not necessarily unfriendly. They didn't have what she was looking for, but I personally wouldn't drive out of my way to this specific location again.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. No one waiting for vaccines yet i was told they only accept appointments. Spend 20 to 30 minutes trying to make an appointment on their website. It would not let me. I went to ask yet again if they could just see us since obviously there was a problem with their website. The guy at the pharmacy kep making a face like im bothering him. Seriously what kind of customer service is that?? I left. What a waste of my time. Never again!

Horrendous, as usual. Today the pharmacist laughed at me when I was upset that they lost my medication and never got back to me about it and never bothered to tell me that my other medication is out of stock with an unknown ETA. He thought it was funny apparently that I'm stressed about my health and need my medications daily and can't just skip them. I'm out of my 30 day supply on both of them. The pharmacist of course blamed me and his own employees for these problems, and I had to tell him multiple times that he's the pharmacist, so his employees are his responsibility, and that I can't do anything more than call them multiple times to check the status (they don't answer), check their app (always incorrect), and drive by to ask multiple times a month. So funny apparently. What a cold-hearted person. I wish there were other options but every pharmacy these days sucks. At least this isn't CVS.
