Erin and Steve were great help today in both photo department and checkout. There was some difficulty on my part on the whole printing process which they took their time to complete the process for me in as timely manner as they could with a smile on their faces at all times! Great customer service! Will now definitely start to shop there!

Sat in the drive-through pharmacy line starting at 8:42PM and had my screaming child in the back. Right at 9 o’clock they turned off the lights and closed the drive-through even though I had been sitting there since before nine. Couldn’t get out of the car because I had a crying sick baby who needed their medication. Absolute worst pharmacy in the area. Their team doesn’t care about the drive thru and makes you wait at least 20 minutes every time you go through

Nice convenient store and pharmacy in the neighborhood. They have some decent sales and clearance items here. I like that this store is close by to my house. The workers here are polite and friendly. The store is fairly clean.

The pharmacy manager, Briana, endangered my health by taking her personal emotions out on me as a patient. I called her out on a customer service issue. She lied and acted defensive about an issue. So what she did was cancel a prescription that I urgently needed for my health because she was upset at me. She also said she will cancel all prescriptions from any doctor. It is very unethical and unprofessional that she takes out her revenge out on patients like this. I have been a customer of Walgreens for over 20 years and I have never encountered such repugnant and unethical behavior.

Wanted to shoutout two special people at this Walgreens on Murrieta Hot Springs in the Sams Club vicinity. I came to this location after horrendous and unimaginable treatment from Staff Lead Stephanie of the Cal Oaks Walgreens. Feel free to check their location for that review from a few days ago. Still haven’t heard back from anyone over there, despite submitting a detailed four page complaint to the site listed at the bottom of the receipt several days ago, and just 24 hours after that incident. I only went back to a Walgreens at all to spend the rewards I was finally permitted from Cal Oaks Walgreens to purchase just a few essentials for myself and my two young children. The first time I came in, it was already around 9pm. There was only one employee visibly working. I waited, albeit nervously, until she had no other customers so I could ask a series of questions regarding using the rewards. Her name is Roxanne. She treated me with care, kindness, appreciation and patience. She answered every question and provided further information I didn’t even know to ask for. Even when another customer got behind me in line, she made me feel like the only person who mattered at that exact moment. When I left, after using my rewards and paying the difference (99cents) in change, I thanked her profusely. As I exited, I heard the customer behind me tell Roxanne that she was so nice. Both times she was thanked or complimented, Roxanne just continued her job. I never saw her with anything less than a polite, caring, accepting smile.I went back the next day to use the remainder of my rewards. Sure, I had hoped to see Roxanne again and be able to truly explain how what she did for me had changed what to that point was and will always remain a very traumatic night. Roxanne showed me light in the darkness. That’s a powerful thing.Roxanne wasn’t working the next day. That’s ok, because Juliana was, and she was amazing too. Juliana helped me pay for two items in two separate transactions, using only my rewards and the remainder of change I found in my car. She took the time to call her manager on the phone to ask about a price difference between what rang up, and what I assumed, based on the tag below where I found the item. The difference wasn’t much, but without Juliana and her patience, kindness, creativity and positivity, I would not have been able to bring back a Stroopwaffle to a VERY excited and grateful three year old. The smile on her face and in her eyes as she devoured this two pack? What else can I ask for.All of this occurred during the lead up to the recent storm. Even as we were not hit hard, we were scared. Except, far less so thanks to Roxanne and Juliana. I appreciate them both, and will continue shopping at this Walgreens, or wherever else they end up.Thank you both, Roxanne and Juliana, sincerely for everything you did, and for being exactly who you are.

Literally just came here to print 5 pictures. RUDE customer service (like we were doing a disservice) and had to wait a long time just for a few prints). Horrible service.

Every month i have to go to the pharmacy for my refill. Every month it's the same stuff over and over. I go over, ask for my refill. They start asking for my information in a tone showing they are confused. Say they can't find anything and ask what I'm looking for. I tell them my medication and then they take 20-30 minutes to refill it. Horrendously slow pharmacy, every time i go here it's a 20 minute wait at a minimum. I thought it would be convenient since i live near the pharmacy, turns out its horribly inconvenient and slow. There was even a time they gave me the wrong prescription for a person with a totally different name!

The pharmacy techs treat you like you're a nuisance and there's always some issue with our insurance or they're always out of a medication we get monthly . It's the worst pharmacy in my opinion but the closest to my house so we deal with it. I will say the regular store cashier workers are very friendly and keep the store very clean and organized.

I had a terrible migraine and had to run in just to garb two items. I'd like to preface this by saying everyone can have bad days and you don't know if someone has ahead a really rough morning or not. With that being said, The man at the front counter rang up my stuff and saw I had an Apple Card, I thought it was a tap version when he said "yeah the Apple Card doesn't tap you have to use the chip". It had a small little picture trying to show the chip reader was facing down but it was so small that I just asked to make sure what it was. All I said was, "is the chip reader up or down?" Just a basic question for a simple answer. To which the man stated, "uhhhh it's pretty clear on the picture shown, it's facing down". Now me being a bit uncomfortable and wanting to lighten the mood I joked with a smile and said "we'll to be fair it's not the best picture, but alright down it is!" And he clearly rude and curt said "well what do you want me to do about it? How should we change it or make it better for you?" To which I recoiled and said in a soft tone, "it's fine, it's not a problem, no worries". And he kind of just shook his head again clearly upset and with the receipt printing he said in again quite a rude tone which is ironic because he said "well then have a good day" and I, a bit confused, just said softly, "thanks you too". Now I work in retail and our card reader machine is weird, it's a clover but most clovers have the chip reader at the bottom but ours is on the top and it's also behind the swipe part so it always has people putting it in wrong. I always just say, "our machine is a little odd here let me help" and I proceed to just do it for them. Most times I get statements like "this is a bad machine" or "why is it like that?" My response is to just always agree with them. I'll say things like, "I know it is a weird machine" or even "yeah it's odd but it works once you get used to it" I would never say to someone, "well what do you want me to do about it? How should I change it to make it better for you?" Like that's clearly just confrontational and rude. The man could have simple just laughed with me and said "yeah the picture is quite small" or "yeah it's an odd machine" but he has to be impertinent and just try and be combative about it? Again I know we all have bad days. Heck my migraine was the worst its been in years, and I was so nauseous and drained that I didn't bother explaining to him how Id treat that situation at my work. I'm no one's teacher but I feel like we need to be kind to one another and understanding with a bit of humor. I wish that guy the best and hope his day gets better. A part of me always questions if I was in the wrong. Did I do anything to make him upset at me? Was it maybe just the way I looked or said things? At the end of the day I just hope it all came down to him having a bad day because if he's like that to every customer, where instead of just joking and agreeing, even if the person is wrong! He decides to make a deal out of it, then well I just wish that Walgreens good luck.

Pharmacy has a negative attitude towards US military veterans. They have contracted with Tri-west VA Community Care under the VA Mission Act and refused my RX, then after conference call with VA Community Care verified my eligibility they made me wait 3 more hours then nothing, no RX filled. They must feel us Veterans are receiving benefits we did not earn or do not deserve!

Seriously the worst! This pharmacy is out of control and the employees verbally abuse and harass customers on a constant basis. I've made complaints to Walgreens corporate about this location since it's so bad. Last time I showed up (after calling ahead to make sure my prescriptions were ready and checking the app) my prescriptions had been billed wrong. I had to be at an appointment soon after and so asked why they had been billed wrong again (it's happened many times) and if they would be really ready in 15 minutes like they said. Bree at the pharmacy freaked out at me and extremely sarcastically said, "It's all my fault, ok? You're right, everything is my fault and I did it all wrong!" Then she refused to say whether or not the prescriptions would be ready in 15 minutes. She didn't want to answer me because she was mad at me and would only say, "We'll see," as if to punish me for asking and complaining about them being billed wrong. I asked her name and she told me to call and make a complaint about her and gave me the number to do so herself! During the 15 minutes of waiting I did so. When I came back to get the prescriptions she pretended nothing had ever happened and like she didn't know who I was. Luckily the prescriptions were ready. She told me to have a wonderful day! I said she was acting really weird and she didn't respond. I was late for my appointment and the whole trip took way longer and was much more stressful than it needed to be. The same thing happens on the phone when you call. Today I explained the billing requirements again for my insurance because they always forget, and the person who answered said I need to call every single time a prescription is sent to them to remind them because they cannot be responsible for knowing this! I told her I've been going to Walgreens for years at many locations and no one has ever asked me to call with reminders before. I told her to just write it down or put a note in the computer system. Her response was, "You know you're not the only customer we have right?" Seriously. She also told me to just go to another Walgreens if I don't like that they refuse to keep track of this. Then she put me on hold over and over when I tried to ask when the prescriptions would be ready. I had to call multiple times in a row because she was deliberately putting me on hold every time she answered and I spoke, without explaining. That is seriously immature and unprofessional, not to mention an extreme waste of time for Walgreens and me. I talked to the pharmacy manager finally and told her what was going on, and she acted like she didn't care at all and I have no confidence this will change. I dread picking up my medications because I know it will take at least an hour of my day because I have to call multiple times and wait after they do it wrong for them to fix it, plus listen to them criticize me and blame me for their errors. I wish it was as simple as just going to another location. Almost every location has similar problems, and this one is the closest to my house. I don't have time to drive farther and deal with the same problems starting from zero at a new location trying to explain how to bill my insurance. This really shouldn't be that hard. People who work at pharmacies need to understand that people who need prescriptions in a timely manner aren't insistent or frustrated about not getting them because it's fun or they like to give employees a hard time. We literally just need our medications for our health and even survival at times. Often we are dealing with complicated illnesses and don't feel very well either. It's not personal, so there's no reason to waste time and get defensive.
