Thank u for being so nice Diane ❤️ the other young lady was lost, rude and no customer service and she was on her cell phone while talking to me.. wow “ but when i asked for the manager Diane came save the day! I somewhat frequent this location for last minute items and twice now that I’ve gone in for beauty products I’ve discovered open and used items on the shelves. Each time I’ve notified a staff member and showed them the products have clearly been used only for the employee to immediately put them back on the shelves to sell. I work in the beauty industry and that is completely unacceptable. Always check your products and stop shopping at this location. I know I will be.

I used them for convenience as I live 5 mins away, their service has gone down hill for a while but today I needed to pickup Antibiotics for my 10 year old daughter who has a double ear infection and has a fever. The pediatrician said she will call in the prescription after 4pm. I called the pharmacy at 4:15 pm to check if they got the order from the doctor, I waited 34 mins on hold and no one answered, I figured they were busy so I drove to the pharmacy thinking they are slammed since no one could answer my call. Not 1 car in drive through, there was a Ride Walgreens employee who was probably having a bad day and taking it out on me. She rudely said the doctor didn't call any prescriptions in I asked if they can send an electronic request to the doctor as they have done that in the past. With attitude she said no. I drove away and called the doctors office who then called it in while I was on the phone. I parked my car and walked in at 5 pm same employee named Karina said they have the prescription but can't fill it because it was too late, they closed at 7 and had 2 hours to mix flavor with amoxicillin I know it takes 15 mins at most. They had the medicine she just didn't want to help me. there wasn't anyone waiting or at the pharmacy and I tried to tell Karina my daughter isn't well and has a fever and to have a heart and make an exception. She obviously didn't have a heart and said no. She said I could call the 24 hour Walgreens 30 mins away with traffic and they may do it. I asked if she could call them for me and tell them I will be on my way, she again said no should call myself I asked for their number at least and she again with attitude wrote it and pushed the piece of paper across the counter and didn't even say I'm sorry or explain why they couldn't help me. The last 2 hours of the day for them is not enough time to fill an easy prescription that was in stock I'm moving my business to another pharmacy and willing to drive the extra miles to avoid people like karina.

They always have my prescriptions ready and there pretty fast yes there’s closer pharmacies but this one is awesome

I'm not a professional reviewer and I rarely post reviews, but after glancing at these reviews I had to say something. I've been going to this pharmacy for about 11 years and I have found the pharmacists and technicians to be very professional and certainly qualified. The last 2½ years have most organizations faced with never before challenges. Walgreens Pharmacy is no exception but by comparison has done a real good job. I would like the public to know that Jeff, John, Phil, Fola and other staff have done a remarkable job under trying circumstances.

Walgreens on Jeff road in HSV has done a fine job for us. The prices seem reasonable and they well with my doctors. I go there for prescriptions.

Don't go to the pharmacy unless you have a LOT of time to spare. I had an appointment and it took them 35 minutes to even give me the paperwork to check in. Still waiting to be called back. There is only 1 other lady here who has been here even longer than me.

I had a 10:15 am appt for Covid booster - pharmacy was NOT busy at all - so why am I the only one sitting here waiting for my booster - almost ONE HOUR later?

The African American Lady pharmacist that works there in the pharmacy is unprofessional and rude bad customer service I want to be treated better as a customer I got a Learning disability and I ask the pharmacist if she can go over the meds with me she said to me I already explained it to you in a negitive attitude then she tried to flip the situation on me and she said she didn't like how I ask her to explain the meds to me I was not rude she was very rude and unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable with her helping me

I'm not sure what's going on at this pharmacy, but the past several months I've come here something has always been wrong with my medication or someone has told me different things that were incorrect. You can also *never* reach them by phone. I was trying to get my prescription refilled from a prior pharmacy which had 2 refills left and I was told I can't. I proceeded to tell them that I still had refills left at another pharmacy and then they proceeded to contact my doctor. Long story short, they told me that they couldn't refill my meds and that if I needed to go to the ER or urgent care if I needed my medicine and they would NOT give me an emergency supply of my meds (which they have done before). You're going to recommend that during Covid?? Luckily I contacted my doctor before closing and this was all because they had my wrong insurance on file, which I told them to change because it was inactive. I had to go a day without my medicine, thankfully I didn't have a seizure. I can understand the lack of staff due to the circumstances, but this just happens too often to me and taking medication I need every single day is really important. Based on previous reviews I feel like this is a management thing. I really hope something here changes because I used to enjoy coming here because of how close and convenient it was.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. They don't answer the phone and everyone who works there gives different instructions when ordering your medicine. Will NEVER go back to a Walgreens Pharmacy.

If you are looking for an actual pharmacy then look elsewhere. Since this place has opened they have bungled more transactions than I can count. Now to make things worse their drive thru and prescription processing is agonizing slow. I can actually save time by driving 10 - 15 miles further away.

The drive thru pharmacy is TERRIBLE! They completely ignore you. Takes up to 45 minutes! They need one person assigned to the window at all times!

This used to be a GREAT pharmacy when the two pharmacist (Kris and Chris) (male and female) were there. They both were EXTREMELY knowledgable and helpful. The assistants, who are still there (Jeff and Yesica) are very nice as well. But this pharmacy has gone down the tubes without Kris and Chris. I have been on hold for as long as 25 minutes only to be hung up on more than once by the pharmacy; told my kid's meds would be in the next day, only to find they had NO IDEA when they would be in AFTER I not only called the day before, but drove there at the end of the next day for pick up! Luckily I got the Rx transferred to CVS on Haun and they were wonderful (and 50% less on my co-pay even with insurance!). Needless to say, I don't want to go back to Walgreens! They caused two great pharmacists to leave! Where ever you are Kris and Chris, you are GREATLY missed! You not only were INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and helpful, you were also very kind and friendly! I hope the best for you both! You both deserved more!
