Had my 2015 VW Passat in for an Oil change on 9/3/2024. Normally do an after 2pm service which has a price discount. I'm very happy with the service and the service personnels attention to details and suggestions. If you shop around, you'll see that the prices are lower especially if you wait for specials. My car no longer has warranty, so this is important to me. I highly reccommend.

Just purchased a vehicle from the dealership and the customer service was outstanding. The transaction was incredibly smooth and very efficient. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. This is our third VW purchase in the last 2 years and our third time using LeeAnn. She is so responsive to emails and phone calls and is amazing at following up. LeeAnn is the best out there - so honest, helpful, easy going and knowledgeable. Usually, people dread the car buying experience, but LeeAnn makes it pleasurable! From start to finish... this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. LeeAnn Webb and Adrian Padilla were absolutely terrific to work with. Both were very patient, answered all of our questions (I had a ton), and provided great insight to help us make our purchasing decision and go with a 2024 Atlas R-Line. I was also in a bit of a hurry and they got me in and out with the car in under 2 hours. My wife and I know where we'll be going for future purchases. Thanks guys!
