We have had our two dogs groomed here many times and they have always looked adorable. Their staff is very friendly and great with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves their dogs.

If I could put one zero, I went there looking for a kitten. The cats were spread all over the floor next to the dogs being trained. It was very loud the dogs were banging on the door. The cats were lying on the floor, scared. The people were very rude to top it off, I would not recommend I would go to Hueys in Temecula or the Ramona animal shelter zero stars

Love this location! Staff is nice, helpful and the shelves are well stocked. I've never had any issues with the grooming department. They are always professional, friendly and do a great job! Kristi is patient with my dog Jax who doesn't like baths. I keep a pic of my dogs vaccines on my phone so I'm ready to provide proof of vaccination.

My moms happy, healthy, and energetic dog who is only 4 never had a health issue in her life is now paralyzed immediately after the rabies shot. The emergency vet refuses to acknowledge that it was caused by that and charged us $500 and wants us to get a $3000 mri and $12000 surgery. My mom clearly cannot afford that. After doing days of research it seems it is a side effect although rare and unfortunate. Vetco does have a number to call to reimburse any treatment or er visits due to vaccine reactions but good luck getting any vet to admit it was that. Our dog has not been the same since July 8 and has only gotten worse to the point we might have to put her down. Thanks vetco for paralyzing our family dog and possibly killing her

Worst service in the world now I see why this place is always empty, when I tried ordering fish, they told me it wasn't possible, after three weeks of waiting for an order of fish. When I confronted the manager, he told me that I could leave the store. great Customer Service I'll never be returning ever again.

The girl working the front desk for grooming at 1:45 on Sunday May 28th was the rudest woman. She wouldn't accept my dog because I didn't have a physical copy of our rabies shot. My dog had a tag with the date of her shot. She couldn't have been more rude about it. Safe to say when I get my hands on the paperwork I will not be giving them my business

I took my dog on for a bath a hair cut only to come back to find my dog has been sliced on the leg! The groomer has the audacity to say it was also there that my dog had probably done it to herself the front desk young girl never says hi, hello, or can I help you. Not a friendly nor professional Environment. Spare your dog and take them to Petsmart instead.

Do not go here to get your dog groomed, I took my dog last week I paid for a bath plus a calming add on which included nail buffing and trim. My dogs nails are still sharp and the job looked rushed. I would also like to mention that it usually takes about 2-3 hours for the whole service. My appt this time was way shorter than the previous one at the Temecula location. Temeculas overall experience was amazing. They actually care about your pets.

They are the only store with Petfresh Beef for my pup. They are always organized & friendly. With all those animals coming in & out of there the store is always clean/stocked! My pup loves to come with me to pick out a treat before we go!

We stopped in today to get our new shelter mutt a harness and we're struggling. Andy (Andie?) was a lifesaver. Not only did she help us find a harness, she helped us get it on our terrified 75lb new boy. People so genuinely good at customer service is a rare thing these days. Thank you.
