Verizon has a fantastic representative at the Murrieta store. Her name is Amani and she spent a good deal of time helping me with an issue. She was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Dropped in on 4/1/24 to replace an outdated phone. Amani and Jason helped me square up our plan, get a better phone and even helped set us up with new tech at an even better price point due to some of the recent promotions. At times when sales people begin "talking fast," I get skeptical as I find there is always a "catch." I didn't feel upsold or pressured by either associate. Jason and Amani were transparent and extremely helpful by crunching all the numbers so I was able to have a pleasant experience as a customer. This is the first time I have been to this store but I now know this is the ONLY Verizon store I will go to in the future. Thanks guys!!

Jason was really awesome, kind, and comfy with fast and easy process especially with my mom who is on the older side and doesn’t really understand a lot in upgrading my phone from an XS Max to an Iphone 15 Pro Max and helped my mom save a lot on her monthly bill with a lot of stuff she was missing out on. Honestly great service and Jason is really reliable, thank you again :)

The customer service was really good. Kudos to Alexis who helped me everything for my new iphone 15 pro and my new ipad. She set up everything for me. ❤️❤️❤️I’m really satisfied for what Alexis did.

I went a couple of weeks on a Saturday and I cant remember the name of the guy who helped us, tall slim but he was one of the nicest when it comes to help us to resolve our issue. It was a young lady I believe she was the manager or some type of supervisor and she was not helpful and kinda annoying when I asked questions but as soon as I mentioned I wanted to add more lines, she was very pushy and barely helping us with stuff we were there for. 5 stars to the guy, 1 stars to her.

Went to this Verizon store recently and Alexis waited on us and answered all our questions! She assisted us in ordering upgraded iPhones and she was just awesome ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
