The worst place I return an Apple Watch that I bought from them they never finished canceling my order. Now Verizon wants to charge me for an Apple Watch I don’t have that I returned. The watch was defective I called Verizon was with them for 3 hours they couldn’t make it work. They told me to send it back it was defective I did they have the worse customer service. I don’t know but it’s us that pay your wages not Verizon. Customers made Verizon ?

Having to pay a $50 re-stock fee because Hannah couldn't do her job efficiently... I had gone in for a trade in and the phones I had asked for were all out of stock so I had to have it shipped to me. After going through my options, I had asked for an IPhone 15 Plus with 512 GB. She asked if I really needed the 512 GB and promptly tried talking me out of it. I still decided on the iPhone 15 Plus with 512 GB since all the other phones were out of stock and I had to wait for it anyway. Upon arrival I was surprised when I saw that I had been sent an IPhone 15 and not the 15 Plus after making it clear I had wanted it. I'm glad that Khatira was able to help me with the exchange process and even broke down how much the difference and tax were, something Hannah didn't do. I did have to pay $50 for a restock fee which easily could've been avoided if I was sold the right phone in the first place. If you don't live close to this Verizon then I'd save your time going to a different location or ask for Khatira!

Holy smokes, I've had some bad customer service in my day.... And I never feel compelled to be that person and leave a review. But this girl is well worth it. If you get helped by Khatina, please bear in mind. She is more interested in flipping her hair, yawning in your face directly, and instead of listening to the customer's issue.. just trys to find ways to make subtle, passive comments or prove she is right. I had 2 simple questions. I had to phrase them 8 different ways and finally!! raise my voice to this woman for her to finally drop that guard and look on her face and start getting down to the root problem. I am completely perplexed.

Writing this because I been with Verizon for a long time since joining the military has the discount stop and was told that you need to verify your veteran status again. If you serve in the military you will always be a veteran of why would I need to be verified again the whole world knows this.. I requested my money back that they was charging me and have not received it yet and then they charge me again after having conversation with them about it. This is horrible to say the least, all military members should check your bill and if this is also happening to you then you should drop Verizon and shop elsewhere.

First 5 stars alone for being in a huge parking lot where you didn't have to fight for parking. Second, walking in, no line, no wait were also huge bonuses. BUT in all honestly, the main factor for this well deserved 5 star review is definitely your employee, Chris. We have never been to this location before and I'm kicking myself for that. He was so helpful, so patient, so kind and just very in-tune with what we were asking help with. He didn't give up until exhausting every single option while answering questions like a saint. We were in and out lickety split which we super appreciated, thanks Chris! I'd love to know which location he's moving over to so we can exclusively see him for all our phone needs!

I went here because my kids' Apple watches were not working properly. Tatiana helped me for 3h/45min working with her troubleshooting team. Finally, she was able to resolve my issues!! Even after being hung up on by her own employees!!? And having to call back and start all over again with a new person. Thank you, Tatiana, for fixing my issue. You went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciate your efforts!!!??

Laurie took care of my problem this morning and went above and beyond. I appreciate being treated with kindness and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. I bought my phone a few months ago and that was a pleasant experience as well. My advice is plan to visit when they first open and be patient and wear a smile. Works for me!

16+ year Verizon customer with multiple lines on account I'm the manager and have always been manager for. Have avoided this story until this month due to the rude way they treated my dad due to his phone confusion. Returned this year due to issues communicating with Verizon in other ways. Over 10 non-consecutive days, dating back to early August on the eve of the anticipated Hurricane Hillary in Southern California, I have spent nearly 50 HOURS communicating with Verizon Wireless representatives -- over the phone, on the VerizonUp app, through the VerizonUp offered text messaging service and in store at several Verizon locations, most notably and disappointedly Verizon Murrieta VillageWalk. I have attempted help with a defective iPhone 6s. That phone is now less usable due to a "new battery" from UBreak IFix that Verizon rep Jesse sent me too. Now once I start using my phone for day, it never reaches full charge again, until it's charged overnight. I received new Verizon products after a 12+ hour text communication with 10 different "employees" (some possibly AI, we'll get there) without being told of associated set-up costs. I have returned all products and not received a full refund. I came in to this store and was given a number to call by who ended up being the Retail Store Manager Warren and have called in again and been told that refund would arrive in 5-7 days. That was mid-September. I have gone back in to this Verizon Murrieta VillageWalk store to discuss my issue and, despite communicating with Specialist Bobby, was interrupted and told I was being hostile by nearby Manager Laura. When I commented to Verizon Murrieta Village Walk Manager Laura in reply that my tone was consistent, she rudely snapped back "it is consistent." Laura refused to answer if my situation was frustrating. Laura also delayed in giving me the contact of the highest ranking employee at that store. Laura also told me "since you're a lawyer, contact the Legal Department." I tried to get that contact from the highest ranking employee at Verizon Murrieta Village Walk, Warren McKinley IV, via email. Warren would only give me the Verizon Security contact. Warren also refused to give me the contact of anyone at Verizon above him, instead directing me to the Customer Service line, and then ceasing to respond to my emails. Warren said that despite the extreme mental anguish and actual physical, mental and emotional harm Verizon representatives, namely Manager Laura at that time, had caused me, he could not communicate about my issues via email and I would have to call him or come in. When I explained that I've been lied to, in multiple occasions, by Verizon employees, and asked Warren if I can record our call, he said no. That's when he started getting unresponsive and even more evasive in his replies. I have been a Verizon customer and the account manager of an account with multiple lines (4+) for over 16 years. Verizon employees are perpetuating harmful, fraudulent and deceptive practices on myself, my family and likely other consumers as well. This in addition to having me speak with a Summer who introduced themselves as a "live agent," but ended up after over an hour of frustrating communication, being an Artificial Intelligence bot. Verizon is a fraud. Nobody should be treated like this. UPDATE: Spent another 90 minutes on the phone with Verizon, attempting to get the rest of my refund for products returned and received by Verizon on September 17th. Was told by a Supervisor named Mel that it would be another 7 business days until the ticket that maaaay lead to my refund. Was also told that this time the most I could get in an inconvenience credit was 50$, since I got 130$ credit last month. So I guess over 50 hours of my time since August is worth 180$ and the pain and suffering, as well as extreme mental, emotional and physical anguish this whole thing has caused me? Cardiologist asked why my blood pressure was so abnormally high. Verizon is why. Best I get is a

Staff is rude and knows nothing about promotions and the accounts. Stop trying to pull quick ones on customers and tacking on hidden fees. It's sad most people fall for it but others like my husband and I know how it works. You say the plans "changed" and it's all lies to tack on more fees. We walked out with no new iPhone today because the girl helping us today wasn't prepared for my husband to question her lies.. nice try but no.. I'll go to Best Buy to buy my phones from now on. Cuz they don't care about plan upgrades and screwing people over.
