Rick and his team were so easy to work with. They kept the work my wife and I had to do in the loan process to a minimum. Great communication and customer service. The BEST loan experience I’ve ever been through and EXTREMELY quick. Even my realtor said he was shocked at how quickly everything was processed! As a result, we closed on our house only 2.5 weeks into escrow! Smooth process and no surprises! I will only use Wes and his team for my future home loan transactions!

Rick with Vault Financial was very knowledgeable, professional and helped me during my entire home buying experience. Even with the builders loan offer and incentives, Rick was able to lock in a better rate, helped me also buy down a percentage of the rate and my closing was earlier than expected. The entire process was efficiently done. Rick helped me through the entire process, making sure that I understood everything and was available anytime to answer my questions. Wes went above and beyond to help us get a loan for multiple properties. The first property we were told by three different lenders they couldn't do it but Wes came through. Him and his team also have a wealth of knowledge. Would definitely use again

Rick was awesome. Was there for the whole process. Even whent out on a limb to make sure we would be able to qualify for our first house. Gave us alot of diffrent options and work with us the entire time. Made buying our first home smooth and easy.
Even do we looked at 3 different homes he was there to help with the finance process for all 3 homes with all the different numbers. Was glad we where able to make one work. Would highly recommend rick and voult financial.
