I wish we could have ended up buying our spa from here because of Diane. We came in looking for a spa for our family and unfortunately they didn’t have a large enough 110 plug in hot-tub we needed but Diane was so wonderful. If you are looking to buy a spa, absolutely come here and ask for Diane!

Our hot tub quite working after 18 years, and we can't live without it! We went to Valley Hot Springs to get a new one. We had a new hot tub within two days delivered and installed!Ozzy helped us get the new spa and he was so knowledgeable and helpful on getting us the right one!
