Mailman that can NOT deliver mail to a customer because the mailman couldn’t find the mailbox? How about walk 10 feet to the house?? Are they lazy or incompetent. Spoke with an rude, un-accommodating, argumentative supervisor name Arek Terasive, he confirmed their laziness. Will be contacting the Postmaster.

Just moved to the area, and our complex had forwarded all the mail to the location. the woman was very irate with me and did not want to listen or look at any shipping information. they Lied to me about my packages being there for a week. All the information they provided said it was left at our front desk. Argued with our complex regarding almost 1k in missing parts until the post office called me that day the packages were indeed in the post office. Wife went in and they refused to give us our mail and demanded physical copies. Though we provided digital copies. Literally impossible due to us just moving to the area and them holding all our physical mail. Complete and total morons on a power trip, I cannot wait to never come back here again

Friendly staff. The gentleman up front helped me with my care package and it arrived in 2 days. It's a small location so it's usually really busy but all the Postal workers have been great. Not knowing the best way to send your loved ones a birthday gift and getting help with the best options for me is just amazing. Thank you again Sir. Sorry forgot to ask your name.

*UPDATE*I have received contact from Arek Tarasiuk(Supervisor Customer Service) he apologized for my experience and personally spoke and forwarded my complaint to Murrieta Postmaster so the matter can be properly handled internally. I really appreciate that they are taking this seriously. I could not ask for more. Thank you Arek!I would like to recount a terrible experience I had yesterday at this particular location. I had a simple envelope that needed to be sent to my military son who is located across the country. My main concern was obtaining a tracking number to ensure its safe delivery. Now, let me share the details of what transpired:Upon reaching the post office, I joined the line and patiently waited for my turn. When it finally arrived, the post office worker (who had blue hair, but I am unsure of his name) simply stared at me without any indication of calling me over. He made no effort to communicate or provide any assistance. It was as if he expected me to approach him without any prompt. Politely, I asked, "Oh, are you ready for me?" However, instead of responding verbally, he merely nodded his head slightly and gave me the rudest expression imaginable. With a smile on my face, I walked over and placed my envelope on the counter. Surprisingly, he never bothered to ask how he could assist me or what I needed. He continued to maintain his cold gaze. This made me incredibly nervous and uncomfortable. In hindsight, I wish I had stared back at him until he felt compelled to engage in conversation.I proceeded to inform him, "I need to mail this to my son and I require a tracking number." He turned around and muttered something under his breath before facing me again. I expressed my confusion, stating that I did not understand what he had said. Once more, he mumbled his response. I felt a bit embarrassed because I couldn't hear or comprehend his words. Eventually, he spoke a bit louder and slower, quoting a price of $9.85. In disbelief, I questioned, "Is it really $9.85 to mail an envelope with a tracking number?" He confirmed my suspicion with a simple "yes." At this point, I was so upset with the way I had been treated that I decided to leave without mailing the envelope to my son. I also did not trust him with my mail.It was not his fault that I was taken aback by the exorbitant cost of sending a simple envelope with just one piece of paper inside. I would have proceeded with the transaction if only someone with basic decency had been there to assist me.I will NEVER return to this store. I hope this man is fired, as there are other complaints about him and no one should be treated with such disrespect.

They don't state that this specific postal service location is for businesses small or large, or their employees, only. It makes packages get sent back to the sender, and has us receivers wondering why we didn't get our packages. It should be noted and stated on the website which ones we "Consumers" are "Allowed" to use, and which ones are solely meant for businesses/employees of USPS. Or if searched on google maps that it only shows normal "consumers" postal offices, so their's no trouble, mishap, or miscommunication. Some people don't like giving out their home address for "Safety", and provide the closest USPS address that's near them. It should either be stated in the website, or on google maps which ones us "Normal Consumers" can use.

Can't talk to anyone but robots when calling this post office. Overall I have more than one bad experience with this post office. Just trying to talk to somebody about my mailbox lock. The lock is stuck and not turning. Looks like I have to spend money for someone to come fix it. Smh.

It really depends on who you get at this location. Everyone seems to be nice & helpful. The guy with the blue hair always has an attitude and is typically rude to everyone, but aside from him, I don't mind going into the post office. I've never had a long wait. The gentleman I dealt with this morning was absolutely wonderful. We were waiting on a package and noticed the address was likely fat fingered, so the house number was wrong. They were able to locate our package, and I was on my way.

Visited due to an ebay item saying delivered to my home but couldn't locate the package. Was quickly helped and they were able to provide proof that the seller altered the ebay postage label--long story short he shipped a box of air to nearby address that would show as "delivered" while I received nothing. The employees were very nice and helped make an unfortunate situation much easier to manage. I really appreciate it

Mail is constantly delivered here that doesn't belong to me. Wasted hours through call center automated system, made complaints to postmaster-no follow up. I delivered mail personally 2 miles away. This post office also disposed of "undeliverable" mail instead of returning it to sender like the app stated it did.

Worst post office I’ve been to. Was trying to explain my situation with moving and having my mail on a 30 day hold, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The man was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Do not use this post office.

I have been a huge supporter of this post office until today. Our mail was stolen for the second time in a few months. The first time they stole RX's. Hope your blood pressure is better. This time a replacement DOD credit card, which was good for us that it wasn't a private one. They couldn't activate it. A police report was filed. They said we should also report it to the USPS theft department, so I did. This branch called me and asked what my problem was with my mailbox. I told him that nothing was wrong with it. I filed a report with your theft department. Him-why? My mail was stolen. Call the police. I did. I filed a report. You shouldn't have called our theft department. Why not? Something is wrong with your phone. You're breaking up. Why are you calling us. You called me. What is your problem. My mail was stolen again. Yes, it's a huge problem. What are you doing about it? Nothing. We can't do anything. Then why did you call me? You're breaking up. I hung up. This guy was such a dick. He was rude, condescending and ridiculous.

Parking lot just keeps getting worse. Blue haired boy was too busy attempting to flirt with my daughter than to hear me ask for stamps. Re-did my transactions 3 times since he kept forgetting to charge.

The Murrieta Post Office is terrible. It has lost too many items and wrongly delivers items that are not remotely my street or address. UPS is safe. Otherwise if you are forced to use the post office, get tracking!
