The worst customer service ever experience. See the response from Jesse, the one man show at this one man operation. Your decision, this review, you decide. Attitude at no extra charge. Do not even try to call for help. Jesse is rude and thinks that he can just swear his way to make clients hang up. Terrible service and unwilling to help fix an order. Overpriced everything including shipping. If you read this, AVOID. I am sure. Order somewhere else. You will thank me. Please continue ranting here Jesse, as you could have made this better.

I went to this company because I was I was on a hurry to get some Fire/water bowls for a pool project I’m building for a customer. Not only did Jesse and his team have bowls for me to purchase but they also had them ready to go in a matter of a couple days. I also needed them to have auto igniters and they put together a package for me and all the parts were included for installation. The owner of this company also is very knowledgeable about his products and will take the time to share his knowledge with you so that you find the best product for your project. I will definitely be using this company for all my Fire feature needs and would highly recommend to others.

Ordered 2 fire bowls online and communication was amazing. Received a call from the owner confirming my color choice and he explained other options. The bowls were even more beautiful in person than on the website. Would definitely recommend.

We love our bowls! Quality product, endless color options, and great customer service. Jesse was fantastic to work with before and after the sale. We highly recommend USA Fire Bowls! Our pool builder said these bowls were easier to handle and install vs the heavier concrete ones from other manufacturers.

Very good! We haven't installed yet but shipping and delivery went fine. All our questions were answered and they said our installer could call with any questions and they would be glad to help. Will post pictures once installed.

We wanted some fire bowls for our pool. We looked at a lot of options, but we ultimately went with USA Firebowls because they look amazing and I like the idea of supporting a craftsman over a large company. After speaking with the owner, I purchased two custom bowls and had them shipped to Florida. The price was reasonable, and the build quality is phenomenal. Powder coated steel seems to hold up nicely in the Florida weather, and they are a good size, not too big or small. We are super happy with our purchase, and they look great next our spa. Our kids love making s'mores by the pool, and they make for great atmosphere for a late night hot tub soak. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a firebowl.

I highly recommend USA Firebowls. Like everyone else I did extensive research before I chose Jessie's company. I went down to his showroom to see the product first-hand. I was very impressed..each bowl is handmade in their shop. They have a ton of colors to choose from. After you select the size and color the bowls are sent out for powder coat. It took about a week or so. Was very excited when I picked them up. The quality is fantastic. I am looking forward to many years of use out of these bowls.

This is the most disappointing company I have ever done business with. Buyer beware!!!!!! We bought fire bowls from them that blowup in your face. When we talked to the company they said there is nothing they would do and that it’s not their problem if they work. Please be smart and shop somewhere else.

I used Jesse at City ready pool plans as our pool consultant. We wanted to build a pool that was out of our price range with fire bowls and all the other bells and whistles. While using his services he told me about his fire bowl company. He came out and put two different sizes on my pillars. We ended up going with the smaller bowls the larger sizes seemed to be over powering to our design. We weren't sure which color fire bowls we wanted and he showed me all the color options. I thought I wanted a lighter shade to match my pool but I'm glad I ended up going with the darker gray. They look amazing and work beautifully. We have gotten lots of compliments on them!! The glass I got was American fireglass 2.0 (squares) in aqua color. I couldn't be happier.
