I've come here many times. I feel like every time I've had above average service from the workers. Today was especially the case. I appreciate how quick and efficient they respond to their custom. Courteous and professional. They seem to really want to help. In this day and age, human decency seems a rare thing.

They lost my valuable package and refuse to admit fault. The manager lied to the Sheriff I called to report the theft. I called and was told the staff member would inform the manager of my call. He didn’t. I left an item behind and instead of calling me to let me know I left it they threw it out.
The facility is a disorganized disaster. I bet my package is sitting on a shelf or headed to a pawn shop.

The guy said they don’t have paper to print the receipts. Ridiculous because they’re also a printing shop. But instead of apologizing, he explained condescendingly what paper he meant as if I don’t understand, when I’m only asking how can I confirm if my box will be sent. He was rude the whole time.

I didn't know they closed at 5p and arrived at 4:55pm. There was a line out the door. But the 3 staff members were keeping their cool and helping each customer. There must have been 10 of us. They stayed open until they assisted everyone. Great customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE, LIKE THE WORST SERVICE IN USA IS HERE, I just tried to print my documents 11/03 10:00am, two woman workers they just don’t wanna help me at all, their printer didn’t worked, their email didn’t worked, horrible experience, don use this place for a services

**DO NOT USE THIS STORE** USPS is a safer option.$23 to ship. Package either never left the store or got lost on the truck. Never made it to the first destination on route. Tracking says on the way and that's it. Once this happens YOU ARE SCREWED. Something is not right here if packages are disappearing so easily.
