The UPS store we use (4 - 5 dats/week) is always busy but "Annie" is very efficient, friendly & unflappable!

I've come here many times. I feel like every time I've had above average service from the workers. Today was especially the case. I appreciate how quick and efficient they respond to their custom. Courteous and professional. They seem to really want to help. In this day and age, human decency seems a rare thing.
