3:22 pm on a Monday, 5 people in line and only one person behind the counter Unacceptable! After a few minutes, non enthusiastic employee appears from the back motioning me to come forward to the counter as he wasn’t able to speak with whatever was in his mouth. No “hello, how can I assist you?!” I asked if USPS packages were accepted after leaving my UPS box on the counter and he said, “oh you can just leave it right there (on the scale), they’ll pick it up later.” So unprofessional! Won’t return to this location!

It was my first time returning something through UPS, and Patrick made it extremely easy. I hadn't even taped the box I had brought because I needed tape and was in a hurry, but Patrick said he'd handle it and stick the sticker on there for me. This store is always helpful and great with getting the job done!

This is the closest UPS store to my house. I went into the store to ship a package using my UPS account number and they refused to accept my account number. UPS should revoke this store UPS license for giving UPS a bad name. If this I have used multiple UPS stores is different parts of Southern California with no issues.

Anna thank you so much for everything this morning, everything seemed to be going wrong but from the time you opened up the doors of the store until the time I walked out you made it all better with your warm greeting and your fanatical customer service and Your ability to show patient and understanding you are what customer service looks like . Again thank for helping me stay sane this morning.

Horrible. One girl with a line out the door. She could care less about everyone else waiting. She’s so care free and then answers the phone for 5 minutes!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! I have been to UPS a 1000 times and have never waited this long at the front of the line. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! For anyone reading this drive to another location … horrible customer service!!!

This UPS store is the worst place to do business. The black guy behind the counter acts like he couldn't give a care about anything of anybody. Obviously he didn't receive any training in customer service. The music that was being played was in bad taste and too loud. Being a notary that notarizes a good amount of real estate loan docs I expect a little more professionalism. I'll never use this location again.

The worst owned and poorest customer service EVER!! If you are looking to ship or use their service, travel elsewhere thier are better locations then this one for sure! Where do you have a complaint and you hear a black gentlemen tell the associate you are dealing with…just hang up?? You call back to have management or OWNER to contact you and they DO NOT! Worst ever with customers. Never should this happened, companies want to hear feedback both positive or NEGATIVE!! This is not a reputable company stay clear from THIS Location!!

Terrible customer service. Don’t even have the required box size to ship something 33*33. Very shocking for a shipping company. Suggested I get a box from home depot and come back. I’ve shipped so much stuff large and small and they’ve built the box right there. Very incompetent here.

So I work from home so I come into this UPS on a daily basis Monday through Friday and sometimes even on a Saturday like today and the stuff is always very friendly because they are familiar with me. However, today I came in and the clerk name Ryan was extremely rude to me . How do I reach an owner? This isn’t the first time and I ignored it the first time but second time is unacceptable.

Close to home, plenty of parking (busy lot), and was quickly in and out. Sofia provided service with a smile and made my Amazon return process for multiple packages (4) a breeze. Will definitely be back as the need arises.
