The care that Tutor Time in Murrieta gives my daughter is incredible. She’s super attached to us. But they make sure she is as comfortable as possible. Super response, we needed to start care with only 3 days notice and they made it happen! Really grateful to everyone here. Thank you

I hate that I even have to leave this review. Our 9-month-old was our third child to attend Tutor Time. Unfortunately, he will definitely be the last.In April our infant was given the wrong breast milk. Tutor time immediately took responsibility, called us, and talked about the measures they were going to implement to make sure that something like that never happened again. Additionally, they told us they would be self-reporting the incident to the state licensing board and would undergo an investigation from them.As frustrating as it was that they gave him the wrong breast milk, from a biological standpoint, as long as the other mother was healthy, it was not the worst thing that could have happened.Fast forward to last month. I called the state licensing board because Tutor Time refuses to turn the lights off during nap time. I wanted to find out if this was against the state policy because the leadership of the facility consistently says that it is "company policy" to leave the lights on even though it is not conducive to children getting naps. While speaking with the state licensing board I ask what came of the investigation with the breast milk incident and I was told that it was never reported to them.Katrina, the director, told us in April it would absolutely be self-reported and she never followed through. She completely lied to our faces. When I went in last month to tell them we would be disenrolling our children she again lied to my face and told me that she never said that it would be self-reported, despite my wife and I both being told it would be by Katrina and by the assistant director, Anna.In my opinion Katrina chose to brush this under the rug in an attempt to hide it from the state. If they would hide this from the state, who knows what else they are attempting to hide from the state.Tutor time is a revolving door of teachers. They are one of the lowest paying child care facilities in the area and yet they have one of the highest tuition rates. Our nine month old has been going there since January, in that time he has had no less than six different teachers in the infant room.I do not recommend enrolling your children here. You have to be able to trust the people who are watching your children and it seems like the leadership of this facility is more worried about protecting the corporation than the children enrolled there.

My child was set up to start this week, but due to some very unfortunate employment changes for me I requested that we push her start date out by one week. They recommended I pull her enrollment so that they could fix it and re enroll her and get her started the day I'm now requesting which was one week later. I had pushed her start date out one time before this but was never told I needed to do anything or offered to pay to hold her spot they said it was completely fine so I just did what I felt was best for my daughter given the circumstances of my job. I was told I would get a call back twice and never did. Upon calling them today I found out that because they recommended I pull her enrollment they started another family in her place and told me straight up that to corporate money is all that matters, so my child now needs to wait another month to start because another family paid what they could have made off of me this week. If I new that I would have never pulled her enrollment and done what I could to save her spot but no one told me that. I was told everything is good to go just two days ago. I am going through RCOE for financial help being as I am a single mom trying to work full time and take care of my child, as soon as they found that out they treated me way differently and made it clear money is the only thing they are worried about. I told the director it's a huge red flag that I planned to send my child there and I'm being told money is what matters and she said "well we are a business at the end of the day" I understand that but as a business it's probably not the smartest idea to mention that to parents who want their children to be cared for and nurtured. She also told me the company doesn't have the luxury of changing their schedule when my schedule changes. I didn't see loosing my previous job and scrambling to get a new one and support my child as a luxury but according to her I needed to think about the back end of things. As far as I'm concerned the back end of things has nothing to do with me or my child. She told me most families pay to hold a spot, but in the beginning of all of this no one mentioned I could pay to hold a spot and as I said, I'm going through RCOE. I'm doing the best I can and I should have never been told everything is fine for her to start a week later if it wasn't actually fine. The director did try to tell me she will call the family who started in my daughters place and mend the situation so we can start but I feel uncomfortable sending my daughter here after the way I was spoken to by the director and the comments made. The director is extremely rude and made it very clear money is the reason they do this it's not about the kids.

My daughter just started day care in the toddler classroom and I am beyond happy with the quality of care and the school itself. I love that they use brightwheel to keep parents in the loop. I was so nervous as this is my daughter’s first child care setting but being able to see every time she eats, sleeps or has a diaper change on the app as well as photos of her throughout the day is the next best thing to being beside her. The staff is so friendly and caring. I’ve never been made to feel bad for asking about my daughters day or any other questions/concerns I have!

I scheduled a virtual tour almost two weeks ago. Today along with many other times I tried reaching the school directly and no one answered. I spoke to their call center three different times and no one there could reach the school. If it's this much work to get a working link to take a virtual tour I can't even imagine enrolling my children here.

My son was enrolled in the Preschool Program with Mrs. Carla and Ms. Kori from September 2020 to August 2021 and it was the best possible experience my son could have had. I am so glad we found this opportunity. The front staff was amazing and especially all of the teachers!!!! I would recommend this to anyone that wants a curriculum followed as well as lots of arts and crafts and outdoor time on their huge playground. If it wasn't a 30 minute drive I would have enrolled him in their Kindergarten program! My son is SO far ahead in his class right now which is kind of a bummer, but I am thanfkul that Tutor Time taught him well. He STILL talks about his teachers here and it's been two weeks at his new school.

The best of all the Tutor Time facilities my child attended (and we’ve been to 3). The cleanest facility with great COVID / hygiene protocols in place. Hands down the BEST teachers, friendliest staff and director. Miss Carla and Miss Neisha are the best teachers we could’ve ever been blessed with. I feel like they really connected well with my son. This last year during the pandemic they seriously saved our family since my husband and I are essential workers and couldn’t stay home with our son. Not only were they able to stay open during the pandemic, they re-opened up their private Kindergarten. Unlike most of the country, my son was able to have a (somewhat) normal 2020 school year since he was able to attend Kindergarten in person. I feel confident he’ll be able to thrive in 1st grade this fall and I am forever grateful.

My boys just started at Tutor time and I have to say I am completely and utterly greatly appreciative of all the staff at tutor time. Our first day was worrisome for me since my 18 month old cries with people he doesn’t know. I was not at ease while leaving but within minutes of arriving at work I was receiving updates of how he was doing and photos. This gave me a peace of mind that I was so thankful for. My 4 year old who is in preschool was absolutely happy and loved his class he did not want to come home. One way I knew the teacher went above and beyond is in just day 1 they already knew his weaknesses in math and advised me on how to help him. Mrs Ania the assistant director is absolutely amazing and worked with us to get us enrolled when I needed care. Mrs Carla, Mrs Ashley and Mrs Lisa and all the staff thank you for caring for our children like you do.

I can't even grade the facilities because the poor experience was with simply scheduling a tour.I called to schedule a tour and I was given the option of Virtual or in-person by the representative. I opted for in-person about 1 week ahead. On the day of my tour, 30minutes prior to my scheduled in person tour, I receive a call from Anya stating that she has to cancel my appointment because they do not do in-person tours. Why was I given the option of in-person and why didn't they call me ahead to reschedule or cancel sooner? The day of my now rescheduled virtual tour, I am waiting on Teams for 20minutes. I finally call them again to inform them that I've been waiting, and I'm told that Ms. Anya is in a classroom instead of in the virtual tour with me. I'm told she would call me back. She calls me back saying that she remembers our conversation, but somehow didn't have it in her calendar and says that she will contact their IT department. I ask if I can reschedule the tour, but not at 3p because I have another meeting and she offers me the 3p time slot. I then ask if I can instead schedule a tour with another individual, but she doesn't take the initiative to schedule it for me and instead says I can speak to her manager on Monday. But what I need is, a new set schedule so I can once again have this tour within my work day. I finally got her to agree to scheduling me at 10:30a on Monday, but with great effort. This is very frustrating because I also work. I had to make work adjustments to attend the cancelled in-person tour and the no-show virtual tour. I am now questioning if this facility is able to take care of my kid. Clearly Ms. Anya Jones is unreliable and seemingly incompetent. I am usually very patient, but this is now the 3rd time to try to schedule a tour and each time, I've had to make work arrangements because they don't do any tours past 3:30pm.

I can attest to the safety of this school due to my having worked with one of the managers at a different child care center 10 years prior to my children enrolling at Tutor Time. I was immediately relieved to see my former colleague in management because I remembered her in the classroom when we worked at the same place. She was one of the teachers I trusted when I worked with her so I knew I could trust her managing a center. The teachers at this center are excellent and I feel the communication is open and clear. Everyone is kind, compassionate, and genuinely enjoy the kids. My boys learned so much during their day and I never worried about their well-being. I also love the security measures in place and the discrete location. I highly recommend this center.

What an amazing company. Kelly and her staff have been amazing and life savers. Being a first responder and having to switch my son to virtual learning was very challenging and I didn't know what to do. Thankfully tutor time came to the rescue a welcomed my school age son with open arms. Not only did they take him but we're flexible with my schedule since it was varied due to working in the hospital. They have always been great with communicating things to the parents and really making the children feel comfortable in this new environment. Even now a year later , they still are able to work around if something comes up on my schedule. Thank you tutor time for being there in such a dark and scary time for us parents. I can't say enough of how much gratitude I have for being there so I could be at work helping others!!!

My son was enrolled for 2 months, as our baby sitter was unable to watch him anymore. We found Tutor time and I must say, I am very happy with how everything went. Oscar is 2years old and was watched by Ms. Ariel and Ms.Sarah, they did a wonderful job with him. They are attentive, respond to messages, give us updates and plenty of pictures. We pulled him out as we now have his grandma is now available to watch him. If we ever need a daycare center again, I will 100% go to Tutor Time, I highly recommend and really appreciate the extra mile they went with our son.

Was supposed to have an appointment at 630 on Friday, they then changed it to 7 and then my wife received a call from a rude "teacher" stating they wont see us until 930 because they dont want to come in even though that was the desired time. If you are running a business you should accommodate your clients based on the information they are given. Will not be sending my child here.
