Bobby is great! He really knows his stuff and unlike a bike shop, you know he will be the one doing the work. He has been able to help me out a couple of times when I needed my bike back asap. Also, his pricing is fair and probably better than most bike shops. I highly recommend The Pedal Tech especially for mountain bikes

After attempting to rebuilt a set of forks myself and quickly realizing I didn't have the proper tools to service my damper, I brought my newly cannibalized fork over to Bobby. It always sucks taking on someone's half completed project, but Bobby was kind and helped me out. After he fully rebuilt my fork, it feels super plush. I'm back on the trails and couldn't happier. Bobby is kind and professional, not to mentioned skilled and knowledgeable. Just an all around competent service provider. Glad to have him in the area.

Bobby runs a very honest operation and was very reasonable with me on fixing up 2 bikes that had issues. Instead of buying a part and marking it up for one of them, he told me where to get it and had me just order it to keep the cost down. Very happy with the work he did and the total price for doing it. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend his shop to anyone.

Fixed my bike super quickly especially being that every bike shop in the area is months behind! Quick and professional service with no complaints! They sent me a text when my bike was ready! I'll be back if I need to!
